We didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment on the breakfast. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again!

Two complimentary waters should be placed in the room for each day stayed.

They told us breakfast was free then they charged us for it when its was the same food for a free buffet. I would have rather go outside the hotel for food .

The room not clean, for nights didn’t change the bed cover. No water for the gusts. Very very bad welcoming for the gusts. I never see a Hilton hotels with low standards like here.

Had a issue on the first day and one of the so called managers James hau said how can i help and did absolutely nothing well done James I should of known right there and then that this hotel customer service was non existent but for the sake of my kids we stayed why be a manager and you cannot do anything? His whole attitude and demeanour was like why are you talking to me extremely unprofessional he needs to be retrained from head office on how to deal with customers and what powers he has to resolve issues otherwise there is no point in him being there Following day i rang booking.com to explain the situation so they kindly rang the hotel to see what they could do. I was in the reception area and spoke with the manager there and he said we have had no calls from booking.com even though the representative said he spoke to the hotel while i was on the phone the hotel clearly lied and i told them this fact which they didn’t seem to like or care I then rang booking.com again and told them what happened they contacted the property and i was still in reception and could see the general manager David hales speaking to them and then he put the phone down on the booking.com representative he told me that the manager had put the phone down on him and i said this is what i am dealing with in this hotel I then spoke to David hales who in my opinion is a pathetic individual who has no right in running a hotel as he has absolutely no customer service experience or skills When i spoke to him briefly for less than 30 seconds to explain my complaint he literally walked off and said to the other manager I’m not dealing with him this was at 9.
