Clean the place where the glass door opens in the bathroom

The refrigerator was not work properly and the curtains were not very clean and new

The room rent was expensive and breakfast was not included, which was not fair in my opinion

A very nice stay.

I like how clean the room was and the temperature was comfortable. Friendly staff.

The parking lot is a bit confusing to get in/out. Had to wait a few times for guests to figure out how to get in/out of parking lot.

Thank you for a great experience and stay!

The location was perfect to a strip of restaurants as well the a red line metro stop was just a few steps away from the hotel if we wanted to go down to DC. The hotel itself is beautiful and the king suite room was very comfortable and quiet. I LOVED the walk-in shower so much!

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located with a short walking distance to a Metro station and to several restaurants and shops.

No pool on premises.

Location was convenient for our visit with our family living in Kensington. Very nice staff, especially our server at the restaurant, her name was Mercedes.

Really great stay, very comfortable

great service, comfortable rooms, gym has good equipment and was very clean

Included breakfast is only one of three choices: all American, waffles or pancakes. No breakfast buffet.

Because of these drawbacks I will not be returning the North Bethesda Marriott. Too expensive.

That was one of the problems. I signed up for the rate that included breakfast, but it didn't cover an oatmeal breakfast, so I ended up paying $25. Then on Saturday, the breakfast coffee shop didn't open until 7 am, instead of 6:30 am, so I missed breakfast because I had a plane to catch.

The Marriott charges $13 a day for internet service. I haven't been charged for internet service for several years now. Very disappointing.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable room

The staff were extremely helpful, the room was immaculate and very comfortable, and the gym was excellent and very clean as well.

I booked room with breakfast and the options were very limited and all quite unhealthy. Why is there no option to have fruit and yoghurt for example, just cooked breakfast and waffles etc.

very close to the metro station made travel to and from the airport easy. the staff were so kind when I checked in. food they offered on site was very good.

It was the conference hotel so I opted to stay there and found the staff, especially Maxx at the front desk, to be outstanding.

From the lobby to the room, everything was CLEAN! The pricing for the room was not bad whatsoever. I’m already finding another excuse to hopefully stay here again! The room was so relaxing and the bed was SUPER comfortable! And the shower?! WOW! AMAZING hotel overall!

The only “complaint” or dislike is the fact that you have to pay for parking EVEN IF you are staying overnight.

Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Smiling workers. Good conference center. Parking.

Complementary room drinks espacially water. İnsurance deposit during checkin; poor receipt explanation on papers.
