I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Really great hotel, clean, beautiful rooms, breakfast was pretty good. I’ll stay again in this hotel for sure.

Some creepy guy with his dog in the parking lot, who actually lives in his pickup truck right there. But he’s harmless I guess.

Great place to stay, quiet, great pool and breakfast.

This is our 3rd time staying here and have to say that every part of this hotel met our expectations. Pool was never over crowded, very clean. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety. Lobby restrooms very clean. Overall great place to stay.

Didn’t sleep well Bed was two small and it was very noisy

I paid for two beds and only got one bed I called and they said they would get back to me but didn’t Front desk clerk told us that it wasn’t his problem

Very quick trip…hotel was perfect for our needs!

The location was very convenient for us and what we had planned on our quick trip. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and just what we needed before heading back home on our long drive!! Really liked all the little “conversation seating” just outside the dining/breakfast area where we could eat, drink coffee, and have a little more quiet conversations before we went or separate ways. Also loved this hotel was dog friendly and had a dog station with treats, water, poop bags, etc. We didn’t bring our dogs but good to know we could if we needed.

Comfortable, clean, excellent value for the price.

The room was on the smaller side, but it was quiet and had a nice view of palm trees and a partial view of the pool (corner room). It was updated, very clean, the bed and bedding were comfortable.

Everything was above my expectations for the price I paid.

It was okay for one night.

Room was noisy and right off the stairwell. Heater was too loud, had trouble sleeping because of it.

It was okay, wouldn’t spend 180$ again

The property was clean and the rooms looked nice.

I had asked for a bathtub , did not get one no biggie though would’ve just liked to be told. Our shower when turned to hot side would fall down and not stay warm it wouldn’t go extremely hot. Also the pillows were tiny and not what they used to be.

Would love to come back and stay in this hotel to explore more of the area.

Bed was SO comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We were stranded in Santa Clarita because our car broke down during a long road trip from Seattle to San Diego and we did not know the area whatsoever. Breakfast amazing.

Honestly, bathroom I think needed some love. There was a weird stench that wasn’t so horrible that we didn’t complain and the bath tub could have used some new caulking. Possibly just a bathroom remodel soon.

Such a nice hotel. Very clean. Nice staff. Beautiful room. It exceeded my expectations.

I had trouble maintaining the temperature in my room. The A/C continued to mysteriously turn off. Not a big deal, though.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

I can’t believe this place has a single good review. Our room was absolutely disgusting and the bathroom was beyond dirty. The hotel is very run down, the pictures do not match what this place actually looks like. Our room smelled like animal urine! They didn’t even have breakfast because their kitchen was broken?? For $200 a night you could stay at a much nicer hotel.

OK hotel for short a stay to visit LA/Hollywood/Beverly Hills.

General location was great, right next to the highway to LA/Hollywood/Beverly Hills/Universal Studios. Expect some traffic jams to LA especially in the morning; roughly 30-60 minute drive in total. Room was clean but room service is only 3x/week. Sufficient parking space. Comfortable bed and shower. Fridge available in the room.

Breakfast (from 6-10AM) varied from bad to barely acceptable. On day one of our stay, almost nothing was available at ~9AM. On the other days, more was available but still not up to our European standards, and also definitely not great compared to other hotels that we visited in the USA. To clarify this first point: breakfast in the USA in general does not match the standards of European breakfasts (way too sweet and too many calories; no normal croissants; no hard buns; limited choice in sandwich toppings). Staff was present but generally not very friendly. Room service on request or only 3x/week. Only one chair in the room so unable to sit down with two persons.

A good value for the price

There was an issue with the original room (apparently it had flooded) so I was put into another room and given a discount. Room was clean and relatively quiet and breakfast was good.

The TV was mounted crooked and could not be adjusted. Low water pressure

Kudos to the always smiling cleaning ladies!

Location was excellent!

Front counter staff was really not friendly at all as they were never cordial nor had a smile when approaching the desk. The cleaning ladies honestly were more friendly than the front desk staff.
