Don’t lie about your rooms having balconies

I liked the layout of the room

It said it had a balcony and there were NO balconies

Will stay here again if we are passing through SFO.

We've stayed here over the years, love the place. It is not far from the airport. The breakfast is good and varied. The bed was comfy.

The shower. The handles that hold the shower head were broken/non-functional. Had to hold the shower head.

The breakfast was awesome. Internet was excellent. TV easy to figure out. Check-in and check-out were quick. We've stayed here over the years and will stay here when we pass through again.

The bus pickup was okay. Only between 5am and 9am and 5pm and 9pm. It is the same for the other hotels in the area. Had to book an Uber for the departure to the airport. Have to call the front desk to let them know you're ready for pickup.

I expected better from Hampton Inn.

Location and easy access

The breakfast was cold, and it repeated almost everyday with the same items. Also you new new pillows or better ones.

Great base for visiting San Francisco

We used this as a base for our family trip to San Francisco . Loved the location, the free coffee & breakfast was lovely. We would love to return here

The housekeeping service was only every 4th day - we only stayed 3 nights so didn't benefit from it.

We had a wonderful stay for an unforgettable weekend.

Great location, clean communal spaces and rooms, all staff were wonderful, and the breakfast menu changed by staff who were attentive to all guests.

Pool was a little small but got the job done.

The hotel was comfortable and in a good location.

Service, cleaning of the room, new towels and toilet paper was not provided except fir when it was asked for specifically. The breakfast was of poor quality and the breakfast area was very small and could not accommodate breakfast guests. The hotel also charged and additional $15 per night for parking.

Superb

The room was comfortable and the facilities were all in great condition. The breakfast was great! Staff were friendly!

This hotel is located in an area that is not very adjacent to any grocery store, restaurants or attractions. For us that was okay as we had our own vehicle but for other travellers, it might be inconvenient.
