I received the order confirmation email from BOOKING and Mylo Hotel. However, when I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM on July 4th, I was told that there was no room reserved for us. You can imagine how disappointed and helpless we were on such a late night. When we check into a hotel at a planned time, but have to face the risk of spending the night on the street, such an experience, I don't think anyone would consider acceptable.

Low price low expectations.

Price was ok.

I do not have a receipt of my room charges, the Mylo attendant was not available. Pictures of the Mylo need to be updated. The room we stayed in the floor was dirty and I have not seen a painted cement floor. The bottom of the bathroom is rotten and painted over. The worse part was the constant noise ALL night long...cars, semi truck, speeding cars, cars burning rubber. The best way to explain our experience it gelt luke we were sleeping on a freeway.

It was a old hotel but decent. No elevator . The check out time is firm. And you have to pay extra for parking on premise

not a dull moment

the staff was very kind and helpful.

well it can use a major update. I remember staying here before and I loved it. This time around it was a bit rundown. Also couldn’t really sleep we noticed some shady people hanging around not sure that they were guest and the cops showed up to arrest the guest next to us it was a big production. I understand that part wasn’t the hotels fault but still made me feel unsafe.

Very good

Room is clean, facilities are in good condition. There are two electrical stoves and microwave oven but we didn’t use them during this stay. Fridge and coffee machine work well, thank you.

Our room was booked via booking.com but the hotel didn’t save us a parking spot, we had to look for street parking by ourselves. Bed is too soft.

Having a fridge and microwave.

There was a mixup in the room on the first night and we were put in a double bed instead of a king. We should have been compensated. Next room had a dead battery so I couldn't get in Finally got the right room on third try. Staff was nice though.

Amazing location. Cool view of the street. a perfect room for resting and sleeping.

Couldn’t get a hold of the management to arrange a 3rd guest, neither directly nor via Booking.com.

The staff was unprofessional and rude at check-in. Willing to take out their bad day on a bystander.

The staff member that checked me was extremely rude. I contemplated asking for a refund or just not staying and taking the loss. I do hope that it is rare for staff to call a customer a liar regarding check in times, then refusing to concede when I show the email giving a 2pm check in.

Never again! Definitely not worth $345 for one night!

Did not like that there were pot smokers sitting in their car at all hours of the evening…nothing to keep the vagrants off the property. The room smelled of very strong bleach! SO overwhelming it made me sick to my stomach! Floors are either concrete or linoleum…couldn’t tell which one, but it was disgusting overall!

Hotel with a reasonable price..

The room was clean and the bathroom, bed was comfortable is the main reason,the room had some maintenance issues no big deal but focus in that as a guest I like check in and have a room with everything functional, the location is not the best thing but the price for the room was reasonable,I'm happy 😊.

Just focus on the maintenance in the rooms no buddy likes to get a room with broken things or not working properly.

Overall a good value for money. Will definitely consider again in our next trip.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. There is parking that comes with minimum fee.

Air-conditioning unit is a bit noisy but tolerable.

it’s really expensive, in a bad neighborhood, room was smell and very small, there was no parking.

Staff very helpful and friendly

Room/floors/walls dingy, scuffed with broken lamps and none of accessory decor from pics. Room smelled vaguely of old smoke. Lots of street noise and minimal bedding.
