Promises, promises

Comfortable room, comfortable bed

1) awoken by repeated fire alarm that wasn’t explained 2) my sink stopper was stuck closed. I asked to have fixed, but it was only opened without fixing the underlying problem so it immediately got stuck closed again 3) the green light on the smoke detector high up on the walled glowed so brightly at night that I had to make a huge pile of pillows to block it out 4) the curtains in my colleague’s room wouldn’t open 5) at check-in we were told we could get stuff for our room at the desk, or request room servicing by the morning wanted. After 3 nights, I wanted the room serviced and asked in person at the front desk the night before. It did not get done. After returning to the hotel that evening I had to go back down to the desk, from which the clerk was missing, and wait in line behind 4 people who were checking in, to get fresh supplies for the room.

All good. Food and beverage service a little sketchy but the nature of the beast these days.

2 nd time we’ve booked since May. 4th time overall I believe. Quiet location with easy access to Beaverton/Portland

Was comfortable

For the price, breakfast should have been included, it was misleading that it wasn’t. Also, there should be a pool, it read like there was. It’s nice but average, for the price a night, I expected more.

The hotel is outstanding ... location , staff , modern , and the hospitality. I've been though mistake ,,, they solved it with kindness. Thank you for taking care of your guests.

Room furnished nicely, but disappointed with amenities. I booked because it had parking, a pool and hot tub to include continental breakfast

Promise broken, I was let down not having these items advertised

Pleasant

The bed was very uncomfortable, stiff and firm. I prefer plush, soft mattresses. The manager said she would look into a foam top or something to make the bed more soft but I never heard back from Aneisha. Also the wifi wasn't working when I tried connecting.

Exceptional

We stayed just one night to break up our travel. This hotel was more than comfortable and accommodating. They had a sheet that listed many restaurant choices for dinner. Which is so helpful when you don't know the town. When we had left the next day, we realized we left a pillow. The hotel called us later in the afternoon asking if we wanted to have it shipped home. We are going home the same way, so we will pick it up then. That was very kind.

There really wasn't anything to complain about. It was a good stay from beginning to end.

Wonderful

Staff was fabulous!!!! Very helpful and friendly. Lovely room but I didn't quite "get" the Louis IV table legs! Otherwise, the modern decor was stunning. Very comfy room and lobby for meeting up with our friends.

Very welcoming staff. Great location and clean.

The bathroom a bit small and the sink drained terribly slow which I reported. I was glad it was just one night as that was irritating. The fridge seemed to NEVER shut off and was also irritating trying to sleep. Everything else was GREAT.

would not stay here again

hotel room still had some dirty clothes in the drawers from the guests before us . Breakfast was basic and simple . Got charged for breakfast when it was already included in my room .

Went for my son’s swim meet, which was right nearby. We both really enjoyed the room!

snack shop was convenient, and the rim was very comfortable.

the kitchen hour were limited.

dirty some black mold in bathroom dust bunnies hanging from ceiling in room didn’t put salt or sand down for handicapped parking it was a ice storm sad that this had the Hilton name on it
