The rooms were spread across multiple buildings, with room entrances inside. Each room shared a deck balcony with outdoor chairs and a table. The view was of a water cove with ducks, which was interesting and scenic. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was perfect for the room.
We had to walk down the steps a few levels to get to the building door. We were told breakfast was served in the main building for $18 each (Not a big problem because we rarely worry about free or other breakfast at hotels). Doors used physical keys (rare these days).

It was in a great location, clean, had a great view. Perfect sunrises!
Nothing!

We came here for a girls trip, the property was gorgeous with a view of the river and waterfall. Just a short drive or trolley ride to downtown Ogunquit. Also super close to Scoop Deck in Wells. It looks like it might have gotten some work lately, the lobby is clean and welcoming, rooms are clean with comfy mattresses and hot shower.
Beware if you stay on the 4th floor, there are no elevators. The view is absolutely worth it as it faces the river and there’s a deck right out your front door but you will have to lug your suitcases up a few flights of stairs.

Our room had a beautiful view and the bed was extremely comfy.
The gentleman working at the checkin counter was also amazing and so pleasant.
Beautiful spot for a pit stop on our road trip. Highly recommend this place

Very clean rooms with lovely view, very friendly and efficient staff.
Nothing, really.

The room was very clean, beds very comfortable. The view outstanding. Breakfast acceptable. Staff very courteous and helpful.
We had a room in building 3 (unit 311) access was difficult for anyone of older age and/or has difficulty walking. Very steep pathways whether using paved walkway or even stairs. Would definitely request unit in bldg 100 next time. Desk staff suggested street side room might be better but then you don't have benefit of view the river, etc.

Location and clean
Room (234) had awful view and no deck. For the price, I expected better.
A $13 charge for the ‘breakfast’ in addition to the price was an insult.

View was great
A lot of stairs. Cable box didn’t work, but the staff was very attentive and helpful. Replaced the box on our second day.

Location
Rooms, thought breakfast was included but was not.

Nice location, great employees. Trolly pick up I’m front of the hotel, free coffee & water in the lobby. Pretty view of the ocean. Very friendly employees which is nice to see.
Room needs some TLC for the amount you pay & traveling out of state. Mattresses are super soft. Door didn’t lock, tv stopped working, wood molding around fridge fell off & a shelf fell too. Not as comfortable as in prior years. Probably wouldn’t go back.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Good location. The people in the lobby, staff were very friendly.
We had to take stairs to the room which was difficult, specially for my husband who has breathing problems. They should have king size beds on the first floor. There was no breakfast included. There was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave.

the room was good
No small table and chairs in room. 20.00 a night to get a terrace room or balcony room

I love the location. The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful.
They have new housekeeping staff that does not speak English. Our first morning there they were knocking on the door at 8:30 to get in our room. The day we were leaving with a checkout time of 11:0am they wanted to get in our room at 9:20 before we were even packed to leave. There was no do not disturb signs to put on the door.

The location and the view make this a great hotel to stay at in Ogunquit.

Amazing!
Not enough water coming out of the shower head

location. location. location.
Front desk staff charged my card four times for two drinks. we didn’t realize until we left. When we brought up an issue of expired sodas (all of them in cooler) he just put drinks back and did nothing. Gross.
also, rooms are accessed by old fashion keys AND you many have many exterior stairs to get to your room. All fine in good weather, but it would be awful in rain as there is NO covering.

The hotel, the lack of energy of the staff, the lack of amenities the hotel had

we liked everything.

Loved the location of the property and the staff was super friendly.
They didn’t have much of a breakfast. There was some packages of poundcake and a fruit cup which was underwhelming. Not many amenities which was also a bummer. The hallways could use some updating but the room was nice
