The amazing family who owns the Inn couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. They did a wonderful job of updating the Inn without compromising it's historical value. The location is perfect - we parked our car and never got in it until we were driving home. Would definitely go again.

it was clean and an easy walk to down town and the beach. the staff was wonderful and the other guests friendly.
Someone staying above use was a very early riser, before dawn and the creaking floor woke us up. A minor inconvenience something you would expect in an older house.

The proprietors were nice, and the Inn was well located in town near shops, restaurants and things to do. The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a small attached bathroom. It was nice to have parking on site.
The tiny shower. Breakfast was just muffins and coffee or tea, collected at the office and eaten in our room.

The room I was given was nothing like what was shown on your site. It was 12'X15' with a bed , chest, 2 nightstands and small fridge. They blamed it on your company and said they had no control of your photos or descriptions

Everything was great and it was quiet. Enjoyed it very much. Although we didn't have the coffee and muffins it smelled and looked awesome
The only thing was our outdoor porch light was on and bright all night. Second night we unscrewed it and it was perfect. Screwed it back tight in the morning. Voila! I would have liked access to a bit of ice

In town center
It seems as though they crammed into an old inn as many tiny rooms as possible. With narrow hallways and a staircase, it is a bit difficult to handle luggage. The place seems very dated. Pastries were provided for breakfast. Would not go back.

Location of this property is excellent, walking distance to everything! The room was large, parking was good, nice grounds very pretty. Cool retro, spacious fridge which was nice to have, pretty hot tub area and a small pool also, both nicely maintained. Mattress was comfortable. Room was clean. Beautiful pine floors, lots of charm. If you like old, quirky rooms you will love this place!
$843. for 2 nights, you would think there would be mini split AC units, not a rattling window unit held in by tape that is on its last leg. The lighting in the room is poor, no bedside light at all within reach once you are in bed. The shower is a stall, which is fine. The problem is its "cruise size" so narrow you hit your elbows on the sides if you lift your arms, and the shower head is a $19.99 special LOL. Trying to rinse off in a narrow shower with no hand held feature is a bit difficult. If you like to sleep skip this property. The noise level is a bit ridiculous. You can hear the people in adjoining rooms, if you are on the lower level, I was, you will hear every step, bump, creak, slamming door, and street traffic. There are old school blinds on all the windows, no room darkening blinds or curtains, so you get street lights and exterior lights once its dark, and if the sun is up, light is streaming into the room. Between the light issue and people who are up at 7am it was a bit annoying regarding getting a decent nights sleep. Bring a blanket, the beds have nice sheets but the only other thing on the bed was a cotton quilt/bedspread?? No table/ chair area or work space/laptop, cup of coffee, nothing to put them on. The room I was in had 2 high dressers, and one very tiny night stand ( about 8x 12). The decor is charming but not at all functional.

Sitting area outside my sister's and niece's room was very pleasant. I did not have that luxury.
Room was very clean. Sleeping was quiet, bed very comfortable.
Delicious blueberry muffin for each breakfast.
There should be a sign in the upper parking area saying where the Office is located (I came from the north). Took me a while before I found someone to ask.
There definitely should be a handrail along the steps between the upper lot and lower, at least a post at the top. Both my sister and I had problems with that.
Room was very small and only chair was a rocking chair.
