We enjoyed staying here.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Six Flags Over Texas.

There is not a hot tub. There was construction. We had to go outside and walk across the parking lot to go eat breakfast.

I think the hotel has potential to be very nice once the updating and remodeling are done.

The location was fine. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

The elevator closest to the entrance was out of order. We had to walk to the opposite end of the building to get to the other elevator, and when we got to the fourth floor where our room was, we had to walk to the opposite end of the building to get to our room. Also the lighting around the mirror by the bathroom was terrible for putting on make-up. It was dim and gave off a yellow-greenish color.

The customer service was good the room was big

The room was hot our birthday cake melted. The pool room was extremely hot for it to be an indoor pool. The fridge was turned down so low until maintenance came and turned it up.

Superb

The staff was very pleasant when walking through the door. Breakfast was ok. Room was good size. Bed was comfy. The only thing that made the stay unpleasant was the elevator. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. Made awful sounds when it was working. Made me nervous to even use it at all. Not very pleasant to walk up and down four flights of stairs after walking all day at six flags. Other than the elevator the stay was amazing.

The elevator really needs to be fixed.

It's was an ok stay

We chose this hotel because it was right across from Six Flags and we were celebrating my son's 10th birthday. We got to check in much earlier and it was super convenient and very appreciated. Staff was real pleasant throughout our stay though.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for some reason it was out of order so that was disappointing.

They gave me the wrong room. They didn’t give us no soap or body wash. Room was hot stains on sheets hair in the refrigerator. Staff wasn’t friendly my room wasn’t ready on time.

We were very disappointed with our overall stay.

The breakfast options and atmosphere was great.

The elevator closest to our room was out of order. The tvs didn't work and when they did there was no sound. No one working could give us any information as to why or could help us. Our room consisted of a queen bed and a pull-out sofa. The pull out sofa had no blankets and took longer than I thought it should after calling the front desk to get blankets for the sofa.

Ok, but will probably not use this hotel in the future.

The check-in process was easy, it was about 6 miles from the event we were attending. The room was clean for the most part.

when we checked into the room there was a large puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom from the toilet leaking and the toilet didn’t flush well either. The sink in the bedroom ran continuously. We were only provided with 2 towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 rag. There were not any extra pillows/blankets for the pull out couch. My husband went to the front desk to get some and he was informed they had none. Also, the AC did not work very well in the room so the room was very hot, we had to sleep with the windows open to cool the room down.

we couldn’t use the pool my kids were bored I booked this hotel so they can swim

it was close to where we needed to go

when I booked it didn’t say anything about the pool being closed or the construction I chose this hotel for the indoor pool

Day time staff was so helpful, especially when we wanted to cancel our stay after 1 night of being unsatisfied.

Hotel room was not very clean, including dirty pillows cases. Called down for new pillow cases and they never brought them.

Disappointing

been here before, stayed in the exact same room before never had any issues in previous years

advised before we came we will have eight people in our Double suite….we had one washrag and no top sheets on the beds. no sheets for the fold out couch. and a horrible buzzing in our room from the closet.

Don't waste your money

Close to six flags

Construction, broken items, had to switch rooms. Was quoted 84 per night and it changed to 149 per night without notice. Breakfast was good Friday and horrible sat/sun. Absolutely outdated and needs to be cheaper.

Did not feel safe and not worth the price of room.

the property was close to local attractions that we were visiting.

The doors to the property didn’t close and lock meaning anyone could come in. The property seemed to be a place drugs are being dealt out of and that people have long term stays at. there wasn’t enough signage in the halls to direct you to main areas and hall ways were confusing. The pull out couch in our king suite was horrible and not enough pillows and bedding for a pull out couch. For the price of our stay, the hotel didn’t meet my expectations. I could have stayed at the La Quinta for half the price and felt safer and more amenities and same distance to local attractions.

Needs improvement

the ladies checking us in were very nice.

Window units for AC that has curtains that cover them up keeping your room from being cool. Lots of parole hanging around outside that would just appear. not sure if they were guest just makes you feel very unsafe. 50ft electric cord plugged in to a hotel lamp to allow the ac in the bedroom to work. We have stayed at lots of Hilton hotels and this one was very disappointing. We left without staying the night

It was ok but not what I would expect with the price I paid.

Breakfast was ok

Someone had taken a shower in the room prior to us checking in with water on the bathroom floor and wet towel hanging on the door.
