There is nothing there was not to be liked about the property!
It is nicely kept, clean, everything that you may need on a vacation is available. It is a place of tranquility facing the waterfront. The team is very responsive on messages if you need or must clarify shoot a message they are prompt.

location
Our cabin was in need of maintenance and a good clean. The floor tiles were cracked, almost all of the window blinds were broken, the furniture was dirty (clumps of dog hair on the cushions) and the couch smelled like a wet dog. we were charged extra for 2 small dogs but apparently if you travel with pets they think you don’t like clean accommodations. Check in and out was via text. The management chooses not to deal with guests directly. We also have never stayed at a property where they ask you to take your own trash to the dumpster when you leave (which ended up being locked so we had to take it with us!). All in all, stay somewhere else unless you don’t care about cleanliness. BTW we never write reviews but this deserved a mention. Terrible way for this property to start the busy tourist season!

The bedroom was nice - it did look new and well kept.
The fridge leaks, upon checking in there was a puddle coming from the fridge. There were broken blinds on the windows. the optiv TV stopped working second night in. There was no plug to have a bath however upon further investigation the drain was rusted and not entirely clean looking. Should also not advertise units with hot tubs(soft tubs) if they are not in use during a certain time of the year. I would not stay here again which is a shame because the last time I stayed here a couple years ago I thought it was lovely and was the reason I booked.

Great location, we walked to the trails. Lots of space with comfy beds. Loved sitting in the hot tub at night. My friend forgot her laptop there and the staff went above and beyond to get it back to her. Exceptional service.
Our cabin was oddly spaced out. Most dishes and microwave were all too high for me to reach and with no step stool made it hard for me to navigate. The frig made a really loud noise that actually woke me up at night.

Very nice and comfortable. Very clean.
Nothing.

Location and the amenities
The cot / sofa bed .
The bed was in the front room
The stairs were missing to the top floor ?

location
under the bed had was very dirty with dog hair and a left dog toy and the bed was soft I like a firm bed but all in all it was a wonderful stay
2.5
The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. Lots of coffee available. It was very close to trails and the Ocean.
There was no front office staff, no personal touch. The dishwasher is old and you can no longer see the settings when you wash. No recycling...garbage and recycling in same bin that was full. It was very dark around the bins at night, a light is needed.
Check out instructions need to be updated, not clear.
Automated texts are very impersonal.

Liked having the combination lock; no keys to worry about. Location - top floor over office, so quiet.
Venetian blinds are aging; we had to raise them to open them as the slat tilting mechanism was worn. One kitchen paring knife, and it was very blunt! Two can openers; one didn't work, the other was cranky.

Location near the Wild Pacific Trail was good. Room, although small did have a kitchen
Bed was obviously joined together with a big lump down the middle and the rest of the mattress sagged. I suffer from neck and back pain and was very uncomfortable. At the price we paid I would have expected better.

The surroundings
Better cleaning, clean paint spills off bathroom floor, rebuild the balcony, more electrical outlets so there wouldn’t be so many extension cords running around the walls

Location
The fact that there was urine and used toilet tissue in the toilet when we arrived, plus a used deodorant stick in the garbage in the bedroom, which had us question the overall cleanliness for the duration of our stay.
4.5
Nice and quiet and within walking distance to most trails and the town. Nice and clean unit. Loved the well equipped kitchen. It was also nice we could bring our dog.
One small complaint was a smell of mildew in the hot tub. Otherwise everything exceeded our expectations.

Hot tub was lovely, although would've been nice not to face the parking lot. The cabin itself was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. Good amount of space.
There was nowhere outside/in the doorway to hang wet coats (which was a big issue as it torrential rained when we were there!). The crockery and pans were all mildly dirty upon arrival and needed to be rewashed before using. We requested use of some board games or cards as we'd forgotten to bring some with us, but were told it wasn't possible due to covid - whilst I understand that answer, it was quite disappointing and could've been delivered in a much more helpful and friendly manner.

Close to walking trails and stores. No car required. Located in Ucluelet not over commercialized like Tofino. Price is still affordable for our West Coast visits.
A little dark on rainy days. Could have used another couple of place settings to make life easier in kitchen.

Clean and beautiful space. Has everything needed to cook. Clear laid out instructions and helpful booklets given. Very friendly and easy to communicate with staff members. Check in is a breeze and hassle free.
I don’t think there was really anything to dislike about the cottages or services provided.

beautiful area good location easy access
comfy bed healthy relaxing atmosphere
jets in tub are yellow indicating buildup…needs deeper clean. dried up hair ball under table. light from outside shines in due to blinds not covering enough and blinds on patio don’t feel private at night. wasn’t sure if I could be seen since I could see out. curtains?
