Fabulous location right opposite the beach and a short walk to restaurants.. Great value. We stayed just the one night. Comfortable bedding and the room had everything we needed including fridge and coffee machine. We would stay again.
The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

Пляж был очень близко и было удобно добираться
Матрас одной кровати был неудобный

Management was rude. We never got to stay the two nights that was supposed to be booked.
Would never go back there again

Our room looked out on to the lake. We had chairs on the balcony and could sit outside our room in the hot sun overlooking the water. All very comfortable and we loved being here.
All good.

Perfect for us. We had bikes and they gave us a main floor room so we could bring them in. Staff was wonderful and location was perfect. Really couldn’t have asked for more.
Heard a lot of heavy clomping from above but really…Is that an issue? It’s just people who walk heavy. I can live with that.

Price vs location is unbeatable. Room was clean, comfortable and overall a great stay
WiFi was spotty

Good location. Staff friendly. Room adequate.
Property quite dated

Very clean. Nice location.
The "manager" was a woman who had clearly been drinking and who was convinced that my colleagues and I had a dog. This was completely untrue. None of us were travelling with a dog. In fact, none of us even own a dog. We checked in and ten minutes later this "manager" knocked on our door and was very rude in assertion that we had a dog. We invited her into the room to clearly show her that we DID NOT HAVE A DOG! No apology was given. She knew that she had crossed a line. Also, the woman at the desk "Elena?" was incredibly short of patience and rude.

Location right on the beach is good, two blocks from Saturday Farmers Market in the park, coffee shop, bars, restaurants and cinema within walking distance. There are, however, no decent convenience stores or supermarkets closeby. $25 to get there by taxi from the airport.
Bruce at reception was very helpful. Room was acceptably (not exceptionally) clean. Cleaning lady Rose was very obliging.
Great that the room is equipped with A/C, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee/tea machine, cable tv, clock, shower & bath, a hair-dryer. Very good hot, plentiful, powerful water supply (but as per other reviews - it disappears from time to time when others turn on taps). Lots of towels supplied. The bed and range of pillows were comfortable.
Couldn't get into the laundry but it seemed reasonably priced.
Didn't find the room and linen to be as old and worn as some reviews indicated.
A toaster would be a great addition.
No way to air the bathroom or open windows without compromising privacy.
Towels were of variable quality-from stained to brand new fluffy ones. (The dirty ones were changed without question).
Hairs on some of the pillows.
Paper on the floor under the bed.
Scored a pair of socks from a drawer.
Drink vending machine not working.
Pool not available until 2024.

Having a kitchen, right across the street from the lake. The staff were friendly.
Pool not open. Didn't get housekeeping despite being asked. It is dated and could use a deep clean.

Location is great
Chairs on sidewalk outside units are hazardous. Your parking spaces are very tight and there is little room to walk.

Staff were fantastic and the location is great!
Everything feels damp and smells very musty. Rooms could do with a refresh.

Love the location, walking distance to most things
In the room , the plug in the kitchen should be change, there should be a fan in the bathroom. And the toilet should be a little higher.
4.0
Better hot water, chair seats worn out, no extra blankets, had issues with closing time and getting coffe etc as they were closed early

The location was great for the Okanagan side.
The showers would change temperature drastically. The bathrooms were dusty with spiderwebs. Well, and a couple spiders...

The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and bright. Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, counter for prep, and table for 4. Outside the door has 2 chairs and a small table for enjoying the beach view.
Lightning in the centre of the room was track lights, so it was quite bright. The room is nice, but of older style decor.
