Location
Not very clean, mould in bathroom. Very old furnishings, pool was empty- on Canada Day long weekend.

The owner was also kind.
The location is the best.
The facilities were too old and the room smelled bad. The toilet was uncomfortable while using it.

Location
Horribly dirty. Blood on the bathroom taps!
4.0
Size of rooms (very spacious) and location ( right on the beach!)
Only 1 parking space for 8 people (3 cars).
4.5
It’s close to the beach

Get the pool back up a running.
Needs to say permanently closed until further notice.
Not seasonal pool temporarily closed. People book months in advance so you think the pool is just closed in the off season.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a cute dog in the office which was very pleasant. Location couldn’t be better being walking distance to everything on the main strip.

The location is fabulous. It is what it is…a place to sleep not fancy if this is what you are looking for it’s great

Location on the lake
Rooms were small and old fashioned. Three night stay there was no cleaning or change of towels etc. no brush in the room to clean ourselves.
3.5
Location is highly convenient and in a nice area, quiet at night etc. Walking distance to Main St. & Lk Okanagan hotel.
The 3-bedroom suite 67, is large and comfortable. Stove works well and is clean, so does microwave. Beds v. comfortable.
Fridge spacious and clean. Coffee machine worked well.
We've stayed here before but some things change. There were no instructions on how to work the TV, specifically how to find CBC or work the air conditioning. There were no helpful house instructions on the wall or in a kitchen drawer.
There were no bedside table lamps for reading in bed. Possibly these could be picked up cheaply at Salvation Army Thrift stores, no need to have matching ones. Also no washbasin plug in main bathroom & electric plug in main bathroom needs fixing; hair drier wouldn't work here but did elsewhere.
It's a pity the Shoreline is having problems with its pool.
2.5
The location was great. There was a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and fridge.
The carpet was DISGUSTING.we wore our shoes the whole time. The windowsills were filthy. The box springs were grossly stained, as were the light coloured blankets. We didn't dare use the bedspreads..There is no one at reception should you need anything after you check in.Therefore you can't get ice or change for the laundry or help at all. No one answers the phone except at 5 pm to check you in with an onsite superintendent. This is NOT a hotel. It is a long term rental old motel that tries to rent out a few rooms that are not filled with long term tenants.

Great location! Close enough to comfortably walk to venue. (SOEC) and downtown. Beautiful beach walk right across the street. Wonderful view. Rooms were comfortable and had kitchenette. Coffee available in each room..
Rooms were definitely older and had some prior wear & tear. Rooms were mostly clean. ( pillow cases had hair on it when we arrived.)

The location was perfect..it was clean, basic, no frills which reflects in the price.
The wifi didn't work..
