Nice breakfast, need to work on the room especially the bathroom

The breakfast area and the employees that worked there

The bathrooms in the rooms. There was no exhaust fan leaving the bathroom to be very humid and uncomfortable. Water would stand in the tub. The pullout couch mattress was so thin that would would sink into the middle of it.

Besides the bed, I have no real complaints about the hotel as a whole, just need better beds.

the room was a wonderful size for me and my two boys, the breakfast was ok, it was different most of the days we where there.

I didn't like the bed, even though it was very big, it was not soft and it felt like wood planks sticking in my back at night which made it hard for me to sleep. it was very uncomfortable.

Camas horribles

La comida

Las camas totalmente incomodas. A la hora de la reservación decía camas grandes doble lo cual asumí que eran queen y cuando llegamos eran full y muy duras nada cómodas el sofá cama se le sentían los resortes. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación con otras camas aunque pagara más pero me dijeron que todas son iguales. En esas camas dos personas grandes no caben así que fue una odisea. Tristemente siempre busco entre todos los hoteles como primera opción los Embassy y si no pues entonces otros. Porque me encantan pero esta vez jamás en mi vida volveré a quedarme en el de Anaheim. Muy triste 3 días de mal dormir

Bad First Impression

Overall, our stay was good. The room and the hotel were clean. Breakfast was great!

The staff that did my check in was horrible and rude. I did not feel welcomed and it felt like I was annoying her for checking in. When I got to the counter she asked for my ID and credit card-- did not say "welcome", or " how may I help you", she did not even ask my name. I even tried to show some grace by asking if they have been busy and she said no, that it was always like this. Now, the staff that helped with check out were nice and helpful and processed a split payment.

Nothing worse place ever

When I spent my time here it was the worse, first off when I got there the towels and bedsheets where all dirty had to get new ones. Then I go to lay down and I instantly break out in a bunch of rashes and bumps. As we got back into the bed after taking showers my girlfriend then started to break out all over her arms and back. Will never book here again worse hotel by far!!! DONT BOOK HERE

Breakfast was awesome 👌

The tub faucet had water build up and when I was taking a bath I look at the toilet under the rim was black. For the price you pay for the room, everything should've been immaculate. I've stayed at many Embassy Suites and this one wasn't what I expected it to be but I love Embassy Suites

The whole experience was wonderful. The facility was very nice and welcoming, the staff was terrific and on the ball and the food was marvelous.

Pleasant stay near Disneyland

Location was okay. Rooms were clean. Room service always reliable and did a good job.

Beds are queen size - so a bit small. No cutlery or crockery provided to use in the rooms. You have to ask for paper plates and plastic cutlery. Breakfast was okay. A bit over priced for the level of the facilities & the breakfast quality provided at this Embassy Suites.

Would definitely stay there again - especially for a longer stay. Having the extra space paid off.

Breakfast was great - room was nice and spacious, clean and comfy. The location was also hard to beat.

While the breakfast area staff and attendants were top notch, I'd say the front desk folks were a bit subpar. They weren't particularly friendly, didn't handle a difficult customer well so made a bunch of people wait in line, and they weren't really knowledgeable about the amenities or the surrounding area.

Great location

The location, the shuttle to Disneyland, complimentary breakfast, and happy hour drinks. Rooms and bathrooms are large and could be updated but are still comfortable. There is a mini fridge, table, and pull out sofa.

Parking fees are ridiculous. I feel we're already paying a large amount for the rooms, parking should be included.

I will look elsewhere next time I go near that location to other hotels.

The breakfast was the highlight.

Toilet does not function properly, beds are super uncomfortable, feel old. Restroom not cleaned well. Upon arrival to my room, I called downstairs front desk for more pillows and they made me go down from 12th floor to front desk to get more. I paid $700 and I had to go get my own pillows. Gym was closed, that was not on website.

Great stay just wish we could have had a chance to experience this hotel with all the amenities

Breakfast and cocktail hour were something to look forward to because the pool and gym were not accessible and atrium was being remodeled.

Wish we could have used all the amenities. The shower pressure wasn’t strong at all. A little frustrating.
