Cleanliness. Not good. There was no room cleaning, was there for 3 days.

It was good.

That it was next to the convention center where we had our service. That it had other restaurants.

I didn’t find out that it had other restaurants till we went down to the lobby. I would like a menu or Boucher about the restaurant in the Hotel. Menu would be nice to know what the restaurant offer. It did feel hot in the room even thought we had a lower temperature on the thermostat.

Very outdated and dirty

The staff were helpful

The hotel is completely out dated and extremely dirty. Rooms furniture is scratched, dirty and stained, the bathroom is dirty and stained. The hotel looks more like motel and a Hilton

It was not a pleasant experience having to navigate through a construction zone to get to our car.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

The hotel was under major renovation, and we were not made aware of this when we made our reservation. We made our reservation through booking.com and feel that they did not make us aware of the major renovation. The lobby and many associated shops and facilities were closed. The facility had a smell of cement and construction dust. Although our room was quiet on the 7th floor, the lobby was extremely noisy with construction work and loud music designed to cover it up. We would not have stayed there if we had known that the construction was in progress. Please be more upfront about these types of issues.

The location

The hotel is run down. It was under construction, but the problems went beyond that. The wall and door paint was peeling. The curtains and carpet were dirty. There was a broken pipe in the check in area jetting water. They charge too much for parking and for the hotel that is in very poor state

Loud, hot and too expensive for what we could have payed less for closer to Disneyland.

It was a place to sleep. Tv worked.

Wasted 50 dollars paying for early check in since the AC was broken in room suck on 90 Degrees - they sent people up to fix it took forever and still after they left- wasn't fixed - hours later had to go and get our room changed. Entire hotel was under construction, Couldn't go to restraint in lobby due to the extremely loud construction noise, Never would have booked this hotel if I would have know it was under construction., Hole in wall in bathroom. Looked dingy and dusty, Shower head was very moldy.

Room was not up to my expectation for a Hilton Honours guest, paid extra for a view, Not Good

Overall the stay was good minus the downgrading of room. We would have loved to stay again.

The facility was very pretty and clean.

We arrived and at check in were told we no longer had a king sized bed we had booked and prepaid. We then were told we'd get 2 queens which we did not book. There was no discount offered for not getting us the room we had booked.

Ideal for a short stay

The location is excellent !! Great check Ian service- very accommodating staff. quick and numerous elevators , clean and tidy.

List of breakfast was over the top. Unsure how we ran up such a bill for a simple bacon and eggs !

My overall experience was very pleasurable as well as very easy thanks to the staff.

The room was in brand-new condition with new sheets and pillows. The amount of cleanliness was greatly appreciated. As well as the view of the room, 11-524.

A fine hotel that perhaps was wrong for our specific needs.

Pretty good location that was not quite as close to Disney as I hoped very easy by car a bit of a walk by foot. The lobby was very nice.

Other than the exquisite lobby, the rest of the hotel seemed very rundown, like a relic from the past in desperate need of a renovation.

Great location but worn out hotel with premium price.

Hilton Anaheim is located very well if you visit to Convention Centre as NAMM-Show.

The hotel is pretty worn out and should need revamping. Floor on the pool side level room had a old carpeted floor that was rather damp on the sliding door side. The smell in the rooms is also not nice. Guessing that hotel is still in it´s almost original stage so, I wasn´t too happy paying a fortune for the room. Only location easy the reason to try but not a second time.

Good, but bathrooms need alot of work

The lobby area.

I was very upset with the bathroom due the peeling paint on the shower ceiling and rust spot around the faucets. PLUS, the bathroom had a broke exhaust fan so we had deal with high amout of moisture in the room once the shower was used. For this facility to be so expensive the bathroom should be a focus for the guests.

The location was close to Disneyland.

The floors felt moist and dirty. The toilet didn’t flush. The drain in the shower was so clogged, felt like I was showering in a swamp. Overall, it just felt so dirty.

Spacious rooms, attentive staff, but thin walls and long trek from elevator to rooms.

Una muy buena opción.

El personal.muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, a pesar de que el hotel estaba muy concurrido por un evento de turismo. A 20 minutos caminando de Disney y con una parada muy conveniente de ART.

Talves la decoración un poco simple, pero no es nada que importe.
