The bed was comfortable and water pressure or shower was nice.
Hidden in small print was the fact that I had to pay $ 10 for parking and I was not happy with that as there was ample parking. The room smelled bad. Dirty feet or dog, not sure why it smelled. Sure wouldn’t walk around on the floor with my bare feet. Couldn’t get the phone to work. It had a dial tone then wouldn’t call the front desk. Had to use my cell phone to try and get someone to help. It took about an hour and a half for someone to come and help. There was only one attendant for the check in desk and it was too busy for one person!

The staff was nice and is in the middle of town.
The place is dirty. You can tell the workers try their best to make it look but the furniture is old and you can tell it hasn’t been replaced in many years.

The location was great and the service at the desk was kind had no hiccups when it came to checking in or checking out
I have to say I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness it was a pigsty. Food was so so not that good The Omelette bar was closed the couches were filthy in our room the couches were filthy the floor tile was all chipped out all the grout was chipped it was really bad and very expensive I was so looking forward to it we had already stayed in Albuquerque and it was impressive now I know just by being there that Albuquerque was a much newer Hotel in your group but boy your Flagstaff needs help. Also there was only the heater that was working no air conditioning we had to force the windows open so that we could get air and that's what they told us that the air doesn't turn on until it's summer. I would like a refund

When we arrived, we were advised that we would not be able to pay for our room with cash. This was by my surprise. The manager quickly took over and assisted me with ideas on how to move the cash to a card so that we may check in. The breakfast was excellent!
Card only site. I understand keeping a card on file in case we were to damage the room etc. but not allowing to pay in mostly cash was unexpected and added additional check in time after an 18-hour card ride with four kids and a dog. Thank goodness for your AWESOME manager, I almost left.

1 star have had better continental breakfast at cheaper hotels and better service
Front desk guy had a poor attitude, assistant in background listening to RAP music with horrible language. When we went to room I had reserved on second floor, the room was open and housekeeper was just cleaning the room. They put us in a 1 story room close to outside door which kept us awake all night from the people walking in and out all times of the night. The bathroom that night had a couple of cockroaches and in the morning there was a couple more I’m the bathroom that were visible.

The property was centrally located, walking distance to downtown
Well, property is very outdated, we were in room 124 it could use a brand new carpet, couch is from the 70s/maybe even 60s, the air conditioner, fan kept making noise all night, people upstairs I think we’re were preparing themselves for a marathon, or some thing as they were up all night, running up and down the hall, could not call the front desk as there was two phones in the room, but neither one was corded, told the front desk twice about it nothing ever got done, it’s pet friendly, and fortunately lotta people don’t pick up the dog poop.

The location was fine
The layout is crazy. Our room was very damp, from the messy made beds to the old dingy furniture…everything was damp and had an odd smell. The beds were made, but it looked like people had been sitting on them and one bed looked as if someone had used the pillow. The WORST two things…the a/c would not shut off. We would change the temperature and it was the same fan blowing the same temp the entire time! The second thing…there was a crazy loud drilling noise every 15-30 minutes! It sounded like construction was going on inside the ceiling. Crazy loud drilling!!! It was late by the time we got into the room and I had a sick daughter so we stayed in the room. When we checked out I told the front desk and she told me that I had to take it up with booking.com because they didn’t have my money. So, I will be calling booking the second I get home. There has to be much better…and cheaper…accommodations around that area! The room was almost $200…it wasn’t worth half of that…

Good breakfast and location.
There was a stinky smell throughout the property. The carpet was damp by the refrigerator. There was an annoying alarm sounding hum in the vent that woke us up several times throughout the night. There were no vending machines to buy water and nobody at the front desk to pay for a water at the "24 hour" store.

The free breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and the price for what you get (larger room options) is overall a good deal.
The living room desperately needed updating. The tables and chairs were flat and literally falling apart.

it was kind of hard to get to the property because of the traffic.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good too.
The rooms could use a bit of a refresher. The carpet was worn in several spots and the cushions on the couch had several spots on it.
