Clean and close to highway.

It was very clean even though it is very dated. Good value for money and close to highway. Owners are friendly.

Very nice room!

This was a very good room. I had to spend an entire month there due to a house fire, and the entire experience was absolutely stress free. The owners are very hospitable and polite, and made me feel very welcome. The location is a short walk from downtown Sackville. It's not as far out as it may seem at first. There is also an interesting waterfowl park nearby. I would ignore any negative reviews. Some people like to cause issues. 🙄 Mosquitoes may be an issue in the summer, but an Off mosquito coil lit up outside the room door took care of that issue for me. Sackville IS on the edge of a marsh. Mosquitoes will happen in the summer.

The only issue I had during my entire stay was the wifi internet speed. It can be a little slow at times. But otherwise, it worked fine. If it gets too slow, just mention it to the staff/owners.

Sweet staff but these beds need to be replaced desperately

The staff was very polite

The beds were the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve ever had. Both of us can barely walk after sleeping on them. No water to drink or anything Our flight was delayed and they still charged us for the day we missed- had to pay for a full day of hotel we never used and still check out at 10am

The that was really uncomfortable the fellow should have been thrown into garbage. Bathroom was dirt

Nothing it was a dive Dirty Poor internet service Ac barely worked Microwave was disgustingly dirty

Offered to let me into the room early and then charged me ..charged me for a late leave which I asked for a refund because I left on time ..then charged me for the two hours that they voluntarily allowed me to enter the room ..unknown to me that they were going to charge me ..I would have left and come back two hrs later.. There was no customer service nothing but intentious fake service the worst that I've ever experienced stayed at a lot of hotels throughout my life

For an older motel, it was acceptable..... took a while to heat up the room as only small baseboard heaters.

A little musty, No formal invoice offered.

Very poor

It was close to the ATV trail, and that's about it.

I reserved 3 rooms, 1 of which was a queen room. When we arrived I was told that I couldn't have a queen room. Nothing was updated and was never mentioned until check in. Rooms were dirty, from the coffee cups to the beds, I know my wife and I didn't even sleep in the covers.

Lovely time

Super nice owners, clean room with no weird smells, overall very simple atmosphere that was exactly what we needed after a long drive. The tiny dog in the cute sweater who hung out in the main lobby was so friendly as well, what a treat!

As most motels go these s it didn't really wow me, but clean tidy and comfortable sum this place up.

They were very accommodating and manager took the time to show us the room. It was last minute booking so we had no real expectations but it was a pleasant and comfortable place that met our needs.

The comfortable chairs in the room had the legs broken on one. Seemed an easy thing to fix or remove altogether if repair was not possible. This simple attention to detail tends to make the difference sometimes.

Had coffee maker with sugar but no cream. Wanted coffee before getting dressed. Since no phone in room couldn't get any brought to me.

Acceptable value for the money though a little high.

There was no breakfast offered. It was satisfactory value for the money. The room was basic but clean. Quiet surroundings. The location was convenient as it was fairly close to the water fowl park and university.

In the shower, it is advisable that a shampoo dispenser be installed rather than the small packages, which are out of dare and wasteful. Also, there was only a small bar of used soap available. Acce

Exceptional

A very nice motel. The owner couple obviously love it as it can be seen in small touches they have around. They make each individual breakfast as people come in - a half pancake, 2 toast and an egg with a Chinese little surprise veggie pouch. Definitely stay here.

Slightly expensive for where it is.
