Property and restaurant were fine until I couldn’t get breakfast in the morning after traveling two days. Seriously should have been informed at check in that only brunch was available with reservations. No breakfast menu.
I weigh 93 pounds, I can’t eat buffet food. The Starbucks selection was minimal and I don’t like their food or drinks.
You need to find a way to accommodate guests that want a simple scrambled egg and a slice of toast without paying for a buffet. I would have gladly paid for the room service, but I had zero option to do that.
Ugh read above

Location
Popcorn ceilings, old drapes, and need of room renovation for price !
4.3
The area and how accessible downtown was.

The hotel had multiple amenities and staff was all very nice!
Price for parking was an extra fee added to the hotel stay. No complimentary breakfast-just a hotel restaurant that added more money to our bill
4.3
Clean facility, staff was nice, valet isn't ridiculously expensive
The room options are king, queen, double. The queen rooms are 2 beds though, this isn't very clear on their booking

Property was very clean and staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly.
The bed was comfortable and all the amenities worked well and were clean.
The cost per night is a bit expensive. The city has changed quite a bit since I last lived there so the amount per night was steep for how small Knoxville still is relative to bigger cities. I still love my scruffy city though and the staff did everything to make the price justified and provided a 5 star experience for me and my wife.

We have stayed here twice on our way to Gatlinburg. It always hit the mark. The parking garage is frighteningly short, but does allow for a full size stock half ton truck.
No breakfast, just a Starbucks inside. Great brunch in the city though.

Location was key , and Starbucks on site.

location, comfortable beds
wait time to check in at front desk

It was close to our event!
There is no on-site parking you had to park in a parking deck that was leased by the Hotel . You had to tell the front desk each time you left and returned.

Comfortable bed.
We were not informed of no maid service without asking. Internet was unsecured.⁷

Rooms were great. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for a night out in Knoxville.
My only dislike is it was a short stay. We will be back. 😀

it was graduation weekend for the University of Tennessee, and they decorated the lobby for the occasion. Added to our celebration!

it’s proximity to downtown
Inside the hotel lobby and all the hallways and also the elevators it was EXTREMELY HOT. They couldn’t have been using their AC. It was so uncomfortable. It also took forever for the room to cool down I assume because the entire building was hot.

If you book a 3 night stay and decide to leave early, you still have to pay for all 3 nights. Marriott is a more flexible company. Going back to Marriott, for sure.

Hotel was beautiful and location was excellent!
Had no choice but to use valet, and cost to park.

The location was very good, abt a 5 min walk from main retail/restaurant/entertainment area. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Reasonably quiet, at least on upper floors. Good quality casual restaurant and bar onsite that served full breakfast (not included). Also had a coffee shop and patio area. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet parking quick and convenient. Room rates were some of the more reasonable in the area. Overall nice experience and would stay again.
Rooms were of typical size and setup but were showing their age. Bathroom seemed cramped, and trash cans provided were tiny. Getting to the Vols arena/stadium is a bit of a hike, and uber/lyft not always easy to get.
