Beds are exceptionally comfortable and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. This site is so convenient to the hospitals.
7.0
The room was clean and comfortable.
There was a loud, large outdoor party on the outdoor pool deck of the hotel that caused a noise disturbance right outside my window. The elevators were packed and slow on the day of the party. I paid extra for a package that included a request for an early check-in and a late check-out and a 50$ resort credit. The early check-in was honored but not the late check-out and I did not receive any credit. The front desk official told me that the hotel does not honor those type of requests and that I had to call Booking. I did get an extra hour to check out after calling Booking, but it was dishonest for the hotel to accept my reservation and payment for the package and then to make me go through a big hassle to get the extra hour.

The bed was very comfy. I was able to check in earlier than usual since my flight arrived in Houston early. The front desk was amazing.

Room was lovely, gym nice, pool very pleasant.
the pool ran out of towels the day before and never replaced, even though I asked for them and they said they were coming up, nobody brought anything. I had to pay for parking, and could not even get a cup of coffee downstairs without buying one, the pastries were hard as a rock. The coffee machine in the room did not work.

The bed was uncomfortable. I woke up feeling sore.

Proximity to our event.
The outdoor lounge area upstairs by pool and the bar. Parking is easy.
They did not have the room I booked available. I booked and paid in advance for a Deluxe Suite with 2 beds. Tried to check in prior to attending our event but that room type was not ready yet. Told them we were attending an event and would return after 8 pm. Returned, checked in, and headed to room which we found was only a regular room-not a deluxe suite. Then I was told they didn’t have a suite available at all. I was extremely upset especially since I had already paid for a suite in full with no refund. They finally gave us an additional room at no cost which was ok. It’s just upsetting when you don’t get what you booked and paid for. Now I’m nervous about my future bookings.

All towels smells bad and they claimed on there website when I did the reservation that the breakfast is included but it was not ,they told me me it’s included for one person only and they charge my wife and 3 kids for that. And also they don’t mention on the website that you have to pay 20 dollars for car parking.

Totally convenient to the Medical Center. Turkish restaurant not far was excellent. The staff in was super delightful.
After a shower, the room needs air conditioning turned down because of humidity, not too bad though. Other than that very comfortable.
