Glad to leave.

Staff

No hot water, poor heating, toilet didn’t flush right. Tank took 15 minutes to fill. Floor tiles need to be replaced.

It was bad experience.

The overall cleanness was not good. The room didn’t have basic amenities like refrigerator, microwave etc. The room was smelly. In addition to this the bathroom did not have properly separated shower area which cause the water to spill outside the shower area and made bathroom wet.

convenient location though not desirable in any other way

The Location to NRG Stadium. We walked to and from the soccer game and it couldn’t have been more convenient.

It was old, hot, smelled terrible and the pool was disgusting green and unable to use in the middle of summer.

The staff was outstanding! I can't say enough about the staff they were awesome!

It was expensive, the pool was closed, and the breakfast price was outrageous, there were no refrigerator or microwave in the room, also there was a car that had its tires stolen in the daylight right in the front of the hotel, need security!

The sliders to patio have been removed and made into a solid window, so no access. A/C not working properly so put us in the windgate bldg, potential gang graffiti on inside room door, steakhouse and lounge not open not sure if it will be tomorrow? So will it be open this weekend? Who knows he said? Charged twice on cc, as a DAV i requested a room mainfloor close to lobby if possible. Ended up in the room the 3rd furthest from lobby. Swimming pool closes at dark now cuz improper lighting and drowning risks they say? Then cold shower, hallways filthy. To say im shocked Windham would brand this facility is an understatement

Perfect room for families with pets or children outside porch that lead straight to the pool

Perfect double bedroom, two bathrooms, which was a bonus. Separate living room and second TV.

Air conditioner could’ve worked better, although two rooms and two separate vents, the humidity was horrible. AC had to work overtime, which would never totally cool both rooms.

I like the service at front desk they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Mrs. Garza was the best!

It was a great location for the concert but the place could use an upgrade

The manager was nice Provided drinks and cookies during long checkin

Door stuck in the bathroom Water didn’t get hot Electrical outlets would not fit an apple device, and outdated TV Loud noises from dog barking Parking was bad because of the concert…should ensure patrons have spots before selling spots.

Perfect place for an Ed Sheeran Mother's Day getaway!

The location was absolutely perfect for me attending the Ed Sheeran concert. The pool view balcony was a nice touch. The bed was snuggly and put me right to sleep with cool, crisp sheets and fluffy pillows.

The bathroom could stand to be more luxurious-bigger or something that makes you feel pampered. The bathroom wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I understand the property is older, and facility is pretty but room is great, just make the bathroom updated.

Only good thing was it was close to the family we were visiting

The two nights we staid there all we smelled was cigarette smoke. We never got a reciet and we were charged an extra $60 and can't find out why

It was fine since we just needed a place to sleep for the night.

It was in a pretty decent area.

Outside of our window there was a bees nest! we were worried the entire time that the bees were going to get into our room.

Exceptional

front desk was very nice $ k helpful. The restaurant was good with the friendliest waiters! The food was good too. The bar was a nice place to wind down after being @ HSLR. Location was amazing for HSLR. We enjoyed our 1 night stay for Kenny Chesney. Thank you!!

Close to nrg and highway

We paid $400 for 2 nights plus $100 deposit yet they were letting people who weren't hotel guest to park in the parking lot and there was absolutely no where to park for guest our 2nd night. The front desk person told me park against the building in the front where my car could be hit by new guest coming through to check in

Roaches on my bed, no cooler, can't control the A/C climate, Elevator took forever and always full and the other elevator is out of service, tv image is awful
