The set up in the middle of the hotel with the garden area and skylights.
The bathroom was outdated and worn. The pull out bid was very uncomfortable. Water pressure was low especially the toilet. Parking was $15 a day. They allowed a large group to make a mess of the hotel leaving trails of food and unattended children throughout.

Nice room, great breakfast included. Nice inside

The breakfast was pretty good. Lots of seating available. A cook to make eggs however you want fresh.
Love the ambiance of the hotel with all of the greenery. Great for photos!
Close to a few different places to eat and such.
The rooms are big with the bed being in a separate area and the couch is a pull out.
Nice big windows.
Rooms were clean.
Big parking lot.
I doubt it's ALWAYS like this but when I stayed the night (6/22/24-6/23/24) two of the hottest days in NJ as of yet, with the 23rd being 95° outside, the entire hotels air conditioning was broken and the pool was closed.
They offered no partial refunds of this.
I talked to a few other guests who said it's been like that for over three weeks now.
There were a few other minor complaints but honestly, that was just terrible and made the stay pretty unbearable.
They charge $100 per night for incidentals, so it's pretty expensive for that to be happening.
Parking also is $15

The breakfast was great and the whole hotel experience was fantastic.
No complaints. Everything was good.
3.7
The size of the rooms and breakfast was solid every day.
The amount of partying and clientele leave a lot to be desired. The pool was completely unusable. They really need to have a better noise ordinance policy and make the pool area functional. Further, parking is a separate cost unless paid for on a third party site.

Melissa at the front desk is so nice, a pleasure to deal with.
during the day time the elevators stop at every floor(usually for nobody) that was a little annoying.

I didn’t at all . It was loud , uncomfortable guests , pay for parking
Service wasn’t good

Nothing
This property was filthy. The pool water was milky white. Staff was rude and not helpful. I had to leave and book another hotel fir the night as I did not want my kids staying in such an unhealthy environment.

I found a cockroach in our shower. The sheets on the fold out couch were dirty. Disgusting.

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the pool when it was open.
The pool closed for the second half of our trip and never reopened.
Could definitely stand to be renovated. Carpet was thread bare in spots, the shower had mildew and didn’t drain properly. Everything looked generally dingy in our room.
3.7
The property is stunning, I love the lobby and all of the plants. I didn’t get a chance to view the pool this time.
The air conditioning barely worked, my partner and I were sweating the entire night. The elevator smelled like a porta potty
3.7
Beautiful waterfall and the out door look inside nice rooms and comfortable
The room walls were so thin I hardly slept due to kids next door being loud plus the smell of burn popcorn came tru the door, paying for parking it’s a bit to much

I loved that it had a pool and excellent breakfast.
The rooms are very old and had to pre-clean prior to feeling comfortable enough to stay the night.
3.7
It was clean and quiet
They took out the hot tub

Beautiful and original decor. property well maintained and clean.
Breakfast was Meh. pastries undercooked and disappointed French Toast not on the menu.

The room was spacious and location was good
The cleaness was bad to the point that I spoke with a manager on site
3.7
The location and the general layout were excellent; the rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff were extremely helpful.
The front desk staffs missed the mark in making sure we were welcome... (need training)

That it ended. Hands down one of the worst disappointments.
Place smells..nothing clean..and I mean absolutely NOTHING. Staff was rude..right from the get go when I accidentally put the wrong credit card in the slot. Nothing but attitude. Breakfast(if you would call it that)..stale..overcooked jail food. Definitely not worth the "breakfast included" sell. Room smelled..bad...literally found garbage on the floor when we walked in. Bed was not made well. Sunk was beyond gross in the bathroom and kitchen area. Honestly was trying to figure out a way to get my money back and cancel the trip. Will definitely be going above and beyond with telling everyone I k ow to stop avoid this place. I travel alot. This was just sad

That they have suites
Outdated and needs to be clean better
3.7
Facility was very clean and staff was very professional.
3.7
Conveniently located
It's a hotel that attracts a lot of families and large parties. So the facilities get overused and require constant cleaning and maintenance.

Was good

The breakfast was diverse enough to accommodate my vegan diet. The gym was spacious and had enough equipment for a full body workout, including weights and cardio.
The bathroom tub stopper was broken, so I was not able to take a bath, but the shower was amazing!
There were quite a bit of children screaming and running around the hotel in main areas and in the hallways - which could be heard from my suite, but that's not the hotel's fault at all.
