Disappointing and uncomfortable

Location is good

The bed and the pillows weren’t comfy at all. Strict minimum in the room, doesn’t match the photos on Booking. Noisy, no staff at the front desk, folding chairs instead of furniture. If you’re look to just have a space to not sleep outside, that’s the spot. If you’re looking for comfort and restful sleep, this is not it. Not worth what I paid for.

Location and the center of city was close.

Parking, no one at front desk and waiting 30 mins to figure out how toc heck in. Coffee machine was broke and spilled coffee all morning and it was a disaster.

Cleanliness needs work.

location and staff were fine.

Sink had issues and was difficult to shut off. No air conditioning and fan was loud. Television was not hooked up correctly, and we could not watch TV. Tiles in bathroom cracked and dirty. Toilet was not clean.

Great location to stay for skiing at Whistler when you are on a budget

the room is specified clearly in Booking website as NOISY because on top of a terrace. It was winter time and not much noise. We knew exactly what we bought for the price (they have more expensive rooms too). The room had a wonderful mural, great bed, space for our needs, a quite large fridge and microwave. We needed it to go skiing at Whistler because we can no longer afford accommodations there. We will return for sure! We recommend it for people having same needs as we had. Wifi was great too.

Not a bad stay for the price

Couldn’t get ahold of front office. No one there and no answer at 9:15am for blow dryer and then got a blow dryer an it was dead.

uncomfortable cheap place to stay.

The location is good. Walking distance to the a couple of restaurants and close to 99. There was water available which was great. The rooms were quiet.

We saw 3 small roches in the bathroom. The room was very hot, stuffy and became very dry at night although the heater was not on. AC didn’t cool it enough and made so much noise that it was impossible to use. They had provided a fan which helped the person only on one side of the bed because of the location of the outlets. There were not enough hangers for the clothes.

NEVER STAY HERE

Nothing

Immediately upon arrival, we didn't feel safe!!! In fact, this property should NOT be on booking.com!! There's a reason that it is Non refundable, we ended up losing our money because we felt threatened by the area it is located, and ended up having to get other accommodations!! I feel that we have been ripped off, and would like my money back!!!

Pretty bad in my mind for $120/night but maybe this is the new standard?

Dirty dishes, run down, and while I requested a quiet room, this room was between a utility room and the laundry which ran loudly throughout the day. Oh, and no cable TV? Didn’t know that was even a thing.
