A pleasant stay overall, the location was right downtown along the River, and east access everywhere.

Location was excellent along the River. Rooms may have been “dated” but were very clean.

Bathtub was slippery, didn’t get a non-slip mat soon enough from front desk.

No aircon in the rooms so extremely hot in summer No blackout curtains so you are in dazzling sunshine throughout the night No plugs in bathroom sink This place needs to be significantly bought up to standards.

My room was never cleaned. No new towels or bedding. Garbage was never taken out. Many other things.

I didn’t feel comfortable at all and felt disgusting. Had to put towels in the tub before I felt comfortable showering.

i loved the river walk across the street. really nice bathtub. dog friendly .

the parking lot was hard to get into and room was up the stairs.

We drove through a winter storm to get to hotel it was nice to open door to find it clean and inviting with lots of light very comfortable. Thank you

Nothing. Did not stay. Booked a head, they would not refund the money. Scary, scary place. Do not waste your money.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE

I thought I liked that they were affordable and had a room avaliable. But I was definitely wrong.

We were given a room full off bed bugs. Welcomed to our rm by a can of raid bed bug killer on table and blood stained sheets. Both room were filthy original room, and the one we were moved to. This is a low income housing building with the odd hotel room. Loud all night long. If you can get passed the bed bugs, blood, filth and noise.... it was affordable.

My non smoking room stinked of cigarettes. I had no hot water for my whole stay. The beds were terrible. I ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag and pad.

Come for the price, leave because you have self dignity

The location is great and the price was decent

The room was just plain gross. It felt dirty, there were stains on the bedsheets and towels, dirt and dust on the floors along with paint drippings. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathroom fan was missing it's cover which proved a safety hazard, and the room lacked adequate lighting resulting in us using phone flashlights to see things properly.

good thing my stay was one night . if it was for numerous nights I would have changed hotels

the staff were friendly

the window crank was pulled away from the window. couldn’t close the window if I wanted to . room smelled like cigarette and must. hallway carpeting needs replacing. k was on the ground floor and could hear every movement above me. there is no River view from most of the rooms

I would rather sleep in my car and shower at a truck stop.

The location across from the river and next door to the MacBride museum were the only positives about this hotel.

The room was a good size but beds were on 2X4 “frames”, the TV didn’t work, the remote had a bandaid holding the battery cover on, no screen in the window (which had to stay open since there is no A/C), the tub bottom was peeling, the shower head hits you in the back (and I’m short so good luck to anyone over 5’ tall) and it was grungy. We didn’t sleep under the covers. The lady at the front desk couldn’t even be bothered to stand up when we arrived. We asked for an ice bucket to which she just said she didn’t have anything for us.

The room smelt of mustiness and mold and stale smoke Drapes were in terrible condition nor closed properly to make room dark, Bathroom was leaking and mouldy I arrived late due to flight... wS told I didn't have a reservation despite showing the booking.com confirmation? Took a long time to make a new one. Next morning I tried to ensure at certain CHeck out time i would not be charged twice. This wasn't resolved by the time I left 45mins later. Was in Canada but English was not near proficient and night clock very unfriendly

Absolutely warm down, broken windows, looks like an old and abandoned military barack.
