This hotel smelled so bad. The room has red carpet that feels damp and sticky. The smell of animal urine in the rooms is so strong I almost slept in my car. Luckily I didn’t because the room bordered the street corner and I heard people banging on the wall of my room from the street for whatever reason in the middle of the night. For a $200+ room it was so not even worth a fraction of this. Honestly I’m super happy that I didn’t leave with any sort of pest. Dirty, smelly, prison style hotel. Throw your socks away if you walk on the carpet because they will smell PISS. Alternatively, if you quite enjoy the smell of animal urine, a good little mystery as to whats gonna be dirty, and need to blow some extra money, this is the place for you.

Staff was friendly.
Bed wasn't terrible
Very overpriced for what you get. Wifi on 3rd floor is spotty at best. TV reception could have been better with rabbit ear antenna. Elevator smelled of stale cigarettes. No option for bottled water in pop machine or lobby concession.
3rd floor ice machine didn't work - why not put a sign on it? Neighboring "all day eats" restaurant attached to hotel closed at 9pm on a Saturday. I could go on, but why?

The room situation was not clean as my expectation, and outside too noise due to the street
The management should know how to do

Rooms were nice. Good size. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Tv was big enough to see from bed. Centred in room. Stayed 4 nights. Asked for extra towels and received immediately.
Stayed 4 nights. Had to switch rooms after second night. Room above was too noisy , walking the floor all night. Asked for extra pillows but didn’t get any, had to take from first room to second room. Second room had a more comfortable bed and more TV channels. Had a good sleep for third night but on the last night, neighbour was slamming doors during the night. Not the hotels fault!

I liked that I was able to get squeezed in late at night
The fact that I was about to reserve the room with my debit card but wasn’t able to pay for it with said card. And the fact that I paid over $500 and still couldn’t get a late check out.

the hotel needed a maintance upgrade.

We appreciated that they are pet friendly and the price was affordable.
There was literally no where in the surrounding area to let the dogs outside to relieve themselves. The room also had a strong urine smell (upon arriving, not due to our own pets…. We changed rooms and still had the same issue).

Having a restaurant on property for dinner!
The restrooms near the restaurant really need to be updated.

clean, great breakfast
a little noisy, with people upstairs

I went to the restaurant for breakfast.
Staff couldn't make change for $5 for the vending machine.
I arrived late and asked the girl at the front desk when the restaurant closed, she told me 9. I got there at 8:15 only to be told by restaurant staff that they closed at 8.
Toilet seat was not attached to the toilet.
I didn't care for all of the long black hairs in my bed.
The extended checkout that is on their website is only 1 hour.

Got woken up at 4am by some guy and a prostitute in the room above. Noise didn't finish until 6am

Nothing
The rooms on the bottom floor are very outdated, and for the price you pay for a room, not even close to worth the value. Kind of reminds me of a company that’s using it’s location and the fact hotels are limited to charge a very high room rate.

The basic amenities were good.
The bathroom is in need of updating. The sink was rusty and the tub taps were a challenge to get the right shower temperature.

Didn’t eat breakfast there.
If you are claiming to be pet friendly you should be pet friendly. There should be an area where you can take your pet outside. Charging $30 was a rip . I would understand a refundable deposit. But my pet is a good dog and I basically had an additional tax to stay at your hotel. I won’t be staying with you again or recommending to anyone.

This facility is under renovation and no real positives
Room was posted to be $165 but tried to charge $320. Sink was rusty. Room was never serviced not even.garbage pick up. Table broken AC not connected or functional. Basically decrepit. No screen on window. Disgusting!

nothing very deceptive from the website
the staff was so rude

Staff was pleasant.
Way over priced for value. Bathroom was dingy, dark and black spots around the shower head on the ceiling.
Ground floor room so you can’t open your curtains because vehicles park directly out your window. Paper thin blankets and pillows.
Trolly wasn’t available at the front counters to help with a speedy check out.
Not a pleasant location. Surrounded by concrete and major roads, away from Main Street strip and river.
Unless desperate, I would not stay again.
Only booked here because better hotels were full.
Unacceptable what they charge per night when room isn’t worth half the price.
