Location
Either tv or WiFi kept going out, would be watching something and the tv would go out every 20 mins and would have to find everything all over again

Our first night, while asleep in our beds, other guests unlocked and entered our room. Luckily, we had it latched on the inside, so they couldn't get all the way in. They apologized and said they were given that room/key at the desk at check-in. I called down to the front desk, and they claimed they were showing no one in our room and that we were not actually checked in. We checked in at 2:45 that afternoon and were given keys to that room. Somehow our check-in wasn't processed completely and the room was then given to other guests. This was frightening, and entirely unacceptable. The potential implications of this kind of mistake are awful from a safety and security perspective. We could not understand how such a thing could possibly have taken place. The desk said it was an "honest mistake and they were sorry." One desk person claimed there were new people working there who must have made a mistake. There was some claim that we would receive some kind of rewards points, but at checkout, the desk person didn't know anything about that and said someone would be in contact with us. An incredibly unsettling, disappointing experience.

Didn't eat breakfast.
Being told it was okay for a late 2 p.m. checkout and then being called at 11:30 a.m. and being told we were to be checked out then. I was still at my appointment when my sister called and said we were supposed to be checked out. She explained to him it had been okayed for us to check out later, and he said we don't do that here. She said to him we weren't back yet, he told her they were busy and she could wait in the lobby. We had 2 small dogs with us! There needs to be better communication between employees about checkout times. That really put a sour taste in my mouth! Not sure that we will stay there again! Don't tell me one thing and turn around and tell me something else. Not good business! I booked the hotel, not Mark!

The location is great, not too far of a drive from anywhere we wanted to check out. The employees were also very welcoming and sweet. They did their best to make sure we had everything we needed.
The breakfast was nice too, they had delicious pastries!
I read through so many positive reviews of this place that I thought I would reserve a room for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations at all.
The room we received was dirty. The carpet had patches of dried food stuck on it, and the bedding had stains.
The pool was also dirty. It's an outdoor pool, so it's natural for it to collect leaves and dirt, but it looked like it hadn't been cared for in weeks. There were spots of algae on the walls of it, dead bugs, leaves, and a large amount of dirt floating around.
The vending machine on our floor was also broken, but thankfully the lady at the front desk kindly gave us free bottles of water.
The Wi-Fi didn't work either. Anytime you would try to sign in, it would give a big error notification. Talked to the front desk about it, but they couldn't get it to work.
Overall I was very disappointed with my stay, and wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot and good. Very well stocked breakfast area. Staff were friendly.
We had two hotel rooms. One didn't have shower gel. And the other didn't have hand soap. No extra toilet paper either.

This place was all fine breakfast was really really good the elderly lady that was doing the breakfast with a little Stern and very territorial of her dining room but other than that the breakfast was fine
During my stay this room was $200 a night and I was not allowed to watch TV because they had a broken part that apparently they ordered and were was waiting on delivery well it did not get delivered so every time I tried to watch a movie or a show you could watch it for 6 minutes and it would bleep out for four bleep back in for 5 minutes bleep out for five it was super annoying I asked for a credit but because I booked on booking.com I was not able to get a credit I believe they should have give me gas card or free meal or something the hotel should have did something about that TV that was totally a deal breaker for me because what else do you have to do in a hotel besides watch TV I will never stay here again

The staff helped me fix my dress for the Taylor Swift concert when I couldn't get it to stay up and they decorated little areas specifically so that concert attendees would have somewhere to take a picture with a backdrop. I thought it was so sweet of them.

I really liked the ladies who checked me in, they were very pleasant and professional. They allowed me to check in a little earlier which was a total blessing. The check out was great as well, the same ladies from check in answered every question as well as handle e with great care. They were very warm in dealing with my concerns. The hot breakfast was really hot and delicious I must. I was surprised that it had many varieties to choose from. Even the juice machine was cold without ice and each taste like they were supposed to. All in all I had a great and will return there for my next trip to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress was a tad to hard for my taste. I did get it adjusted for some comfort, but the room was very nice and clean. I'm thankful!

Quiet, mattress was acceptable.
No shuttle, flat pillows, fitted sheet did not fit, no bathroom ventilation fan, ice machine wasn’t working, toilet barely flushed and made noise and 2 additional daily charges not mentioned that was over $20 each.

More vegetarian friendly breakfast. And housekeeping without asking for it. If we are going green for towel usage more towel racks and drying racka such as ones in Europe should be provided in room. Shower cap should be a must.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. The 1st morning was good. But I understand that you can’t please everyone.
