Hôtel bien placé pour départ croisière, confortable

accueil glacial petit déjeuner très cher, nous avons préféré aller chez Tim Hortons à deux pas restaurant inabordable en famille

Disappointing

Amazing location

The spas were not available . I could'nt have Milk for my Coffee in the room. Breakfast not included . Poor decorations in the room even if the paintings were funny .

Very good

Breakfast was lackluster and formulaic, though adequate. On the final day of our stay I had an unfortunate injury while returning from an activity which left me incapacitated at the time. The hotel staff were responsive and very helpful during this time of my distress. I am grateful and thankful for their assistance.

I was dismayed that the restaurant I had looked forward to eating at was closed. The advertising in the booking.com site did not indicate that this would be the case, they did say that the spa was closed, so I expected that. There were very few restaurants open in town during our stay, in fact.

The staff are friendly and check-in was very smooth. The location is excellent, the Saguenay River is just in front of it.

lack of breakfast, old but clean - needs a redo staff was ok once there however weren’t very good prior (had called, girl said she’d call back and never did). they need to update their website.

Good place and a very good Restaurant

The restaurant offers a very good dinner -Great_

View on parking. Ask for rooms in the upper floor. Price for the SPA to hight (sauna was out of order but the SPA was offered for the full price).

Very nice location and good size rooms.

The room and bathroom were quite large. The location is right across the street from a lovely park and walk way. Cruise ships dock nearby.

Wifi service was very slow at times. There is a $15.00 fee to use the hot pools which no one were using. The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive.

charging for use of swimming pools should be explicitly mentioned …also i clearly remember booking a double room with river view but didnt get one and the pillows gave us all neck n shoulder pain
