Disappointing and pissed off about charges and crappy beds.

The location only

All of the changes in “policy”. Charging $25/day for parking for guests with 1 vehicle is ridiculous. My booking came with free breakfast for the 4 guests in our room and the hotel told us I’m the rate was only good for 3 people. Even though all 4 guest names were on the reservation when we booked the room. The beds absolutely suck. You need to invest in new mattresses. Those things are at least 10 years old and sag so badly. The staff tried to lie and tell me the parking fee has “always” been that way when we’ve stayed multiple times and had never been charged. And no - there wasn’t a special event happening. All in all - I will most likely never stay there again.

EXCELLENT for CA Great America or a 49ers Game

we stayed here is MAY - NON football season. Perfect place to stay to go to California Great America depending on the time of year. You can walk across the parking lot to get to the park entrance. I imagine during football season it is PURE CHAOS here because of the parking situation but if you are there for the game this is the perfect place to stay, the hotel is RIGHT beside the stadium and the amusement park which would be super convenient. The general area was a very safe place to stay as well. Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice

Sehr großes Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten - das Highlight war ein großes Sitzfenster, das ich sehr genossen habe. Leider ging der Ausblick nur auf den großen Parkplatz des Levi's Stadions, im Hintergrund konnte man aber die Landschaft sehen. Obendrein war die Bügelstation für einen Geschäftstermin sehr hilfreich.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, aber alles zweckmäßig.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you need the location. Staff is rude front desk, especially rooms are outdated

Convenient location to the functions we were attending that weekend and price

The front desk failed to mention that there was no ice machine on the floor I was staying on. I figured that on my own. The pull out bed does need to be replaced. It’s so over used that you can feel the springs while sleeping on it.

Overpriced, in need of repairs (refrigerator too cold and froze our drinks causing a leak into water-damaged cabinet; bathtub faucet leaked continuously; toilet handle gets stuck; flooded floor in bathroom).

Underwhelmed by buffet and over priced

I liked the location and the room was decent. It was close to great America. Had good storage space for close plenty of drawers. The gym was nice and the pool was a decent size.

For the Hilton I will say the room was definitely dated and had older furniture. Guess it hasn’t been updated in a while. The buffet was disappointing and expensive for what I got. I could compare this to the best western and the holiday inn. Not only could I have gotten better options at best western and holiday inn it would been included in the room cost. Was expecting pancakes and omelettes got cereal bread pastries yogurt and fruit and couple meat choices. The hot chocolate wasn’t even included. For $26 dollars plus tip and tax it was disappointing.

I would choose another location for the price!

Location was nice.

The rooms were worn and the sheets were dirt, stains on all furniture and areas were very used.

My stay was very mediocre. I will not return to this Hilton.

I like that this Hotel is next to Great America and Levi’s stadium in addition to 5 minutes from San Jose airport.

The room needs updating, the sheets were worn out, the furniture is old fashioned the carpet and curtains were stained and old. The refrigerator wasn’t cold. The pool was okay but needed cleaning. Parking is not included in Hotel reservations it cost 20$ a night.

Wouldn't stay again

Room had weird smell. Wasn't very clean, stuff had stains on it. Front desk person was very rude, did not explain why I got charged 100 more for the incidental fee, when I asked why I got charged more he was very rude. They made me change rooms for whatever reason.

Disappointing and slightly depressing

The ladies at breakfast were happy, kind and helpful.

Incredibly dated. I stayed for 4 days, room was not cleaned at all in that time. I pulled out the bedside table to plug in my phone to charge and there were lots of cheesy wotsit crisps on the floor behind it, indicating that it hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time. the view was depressing of a dilapidated old amusement park, a car park and a stadium. The hotel had no sewing kits anywhere when I needed one. In the UK you’d pay £100 a night max for this hotel, it was very expensive for what it was.
