Avoid the restaurant

The room was pretty good and the front desk ladies were nice

The service at your restaurant was awful. My father and I got seated first and got served last. The server was rude and told me that we’ll be served when the foods ready. 4 tables that got seated after us ordered, got their food, finished and paid before we got ours. From sit down to the end took over an hour and 45 minutes. 0 out of 10.

Staff is so nice and helpful, the hotel is clean and the location is great.

The location was excellent; near the ball field where we were playing, the staff was so nice and helpful, the hotel was really clean and the location overall is very quiet (away from traffic).

The beds were very hard for us, but otherwise there were no negatives.

One of the best stays

I didn’t have that level of comfort staying at hotels for a long time. I got used to idea they all have their cons. But not this hotel. Everything was perfect.

It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed our visit!

Location was excellent to walk to the Twin Creeks Sports Complex to watch our grandson and his Team play baseball in the under 14 bracket 3 -day tournament. And for surrounding dinner and lunch places to eat.

Mixed Feelings

Front desk staff were very helpful.

That our first night we didn't have heat. Our refrigerator didn't work the entire stay. Over priced breakfast. No maintenance personnel onsight to deal with arising issues. Once the next morning came nobody came to nor called our room to check on the heater.

get me a memory foam topper and I’ll never need another hotel in the area!

literally everything was fantastic and if your a guest who like old fashions (alcoholic beverage ) the bartender made you ne of the best old fashions I’ve ever had and was a great experience.

the beds could use a lot of work. they are springy mattresses but as I’ve told multiple employees if you don’t want to spend the money on expensive stuff maybe just get a memory foam topper so the beds are more comfortable and this place would be 6 star perfect. besides the bed this place is the way to go! thanks for a great experience!

it was ok. disappointing when compared to previous stays.

there was no breakfast. apparently due to low census it was discontinued. that was one of the main reasons that i chose that hotel, because on prior occasions it was a great breakfast.

because the hotel is located in an "isolated" area with no business arounds and because the hotel cancelled offering the buffet, they should have at least offered a "brown bag" breakfast for the guests. it was very inconvenient. No chest of drawers or bureau to clothes. we were a family and were there for 7 nites. the hotel is equipped for single people traveling for short stays, not for families.

Comfortable and clean with easy on/off freeway location.

It was quiet, clean, and has a great lounge gathering area.

Property offers a reasonably priced breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner options in the lounge but there were no other dining options within walking distance.
