Probably won’t stay in this particular hotel and definetly wouldn’t recommend it.

Looked great, price was quite high but we thought we would recieve good value.

We checked in about 4:30 and were told our room was not ready. A somewhat apathetic staff told us that we could wait i the lobby , with others who were in a similar position for twenty minutes. After 30 minutes our room was ready. Paint was peeling on the bathroom door and the room seemed dated. In the morning while breakfast looked great, there was very little room to sit, forcing us to grab something and eat in our room

Checked in at 4:15 pm. Paid for room and incidentals and thentold room not ready. Had to wait 30 minutes and then agreed to a different room type.

Great value hotel within Nanaimo. Awesome Breakfast.

Easy location to access with rental car. Plenty of parking. Facilities are good for the price paid. Breakfast each morning was good. I love the waffle maker.

The elevator could do with a bit of maitenance.

Not the best experience for a one night stay.

I liked the fact there was a sink next to the small refrigerator. I liked the variety of shampoo and body wash, etc. The heater was working well.

When I got to my room it was located near the emergency stair well. It was room 321. The lights in the bath flickers when turned on. The floors on the ground was falling apart and requires some renovations. The shower head was releasing water at a slow rate. The shower curtains were old and could have used a replacement. The hair dryer had an odour associated with it. The carpet floor could use some maintenance and a good carpet clean. The workplace chair had some crumbs of food on it. The pillows were small and not sure why there's 4 on a queen size bed. 2 pillows on a queen bed would have suffice.

Disappointing

Somewhat met my expectations.staff was qqqqqqqqqqqqqqàplenty helpful and nice.the price though of $208 was a bit much for a single guest to rent a room. Hillariously I didn't even sleep there that night.just went back in the morning and got my bag and turned my room keys in and left .

we stayed 2 nights. the shower in our room has minimal water pressure. the girl who checked us in didn’t seem much like

property was clean. easy access to the highway, lots of parking

there were LOTS of cameras. I counted about 20 that I could see from the parking lot. I’m not sure if the cameras were supposed to make me feel good about the security of the hotel they moreso made me concerned about the area it was located in if that many cameras were needed

Toilet was not working properly and front desk clerk left the plunger in the toilet and said if it plugs again you can do it yourself.
