it is located in downtown and the bed was comfortable. My room was upgraded to a larger one thanks to the person who checked me in and had AC.
My room had another door shared with another room and was locked but in the middle of the night, someone was trying to open it, (maybe another guest out of curiosity) which made me wake up and be scared to fall asleep. I put a chair behind the door to prevent it from being opened easily. The next day I asked the receptionist (an old Chinese lady) who responded with no care and just said it's locked with an angry tone which I believe is her way of answering to everyone.
The building is under some repair and construction and it gives you the feeling of unsafety.

Loved the super spacious room, comfy beds and peaceful, restful sleep. So convenient to everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again. Loved the building

First and foremost the room was clean and updated. A standard size room.Big enough for two.( It could possibly sleep three.I didn't check this but I'm thinking the small couch in the room was a single hide-a-bed.Dont quote me on that ) The room had a mini- fridge which was handy and had a large modernized shower.( No bathtub which was fine by us) If it had a microwave it would have been the bomb. Despite this, its still a real gem and the location is superb. At $116 taxes in it was an incredible deal. Even the crap hostels in the downtown were more expensive. We will definitely return at this price..
Do yourself a favor and book this place .You won't regret it.
I didn't like the mattress on the bed .I didn't find it that comfortable although my partner thought it was great.

It's very close to a lot of shopping and dining places, great value for money and facilities are clean.
There was no air conditioning in my room, though I only felt a bit warm in the middle of the night.

They were closed and did not tell me. I travelled to the hotel, only to be turned away. Burrard Hotel provided me with a room on short notice.
It wasn’t open and I had a registration!

Close to Tim Horton coffee shop
Really expensive, not much included, no fridge no kettle no breakfast

Il servizio molto sbrigativo e direi quasi maleducato verso i clienti

Room was very small, light switch for bathroom was behind bathroom door 6q

Great location with amazing price quality ratio! Old hotel but really clean, also great breakfast place next doors!
Great beds but I personally hated the pillows. Also, while doing the check out, there was only one staff member at the busiest time.

The location and the friendliness of the staff
The hotels in Vancouver are pricy even if this was more reasonable

Great location for downtown Vancouver, right on the bus route and nearby to a small convenience store. Decent sized, clean room. Staff were really friendly.

location is pretty good
Too pricey and the room is more like 1 star Hotel. no Elevator, the front desk is not too friendly because they were over work and typical Chinese run operation for not giving much customer service.

Room was updated and clean.
No elevator and lots of steps.

As described and the photos were accurate, decent location, staff were fine, clean overall.
It's a bit outdated but the price reflected that so no real issue.

I like the hotel because the price is cheaper than others. The location very closed to metro and sky train station. The surrounding there are many Asia food restaurants. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room is good and the bed is comfort. From hotel to Vancouver tourist places is just foot distance.

(1) No sleep --- No sleeping possible at all because of the uncontrolled internal noise at all hours. Constant door slamming, arguing in the hallways, blasting TVs no matter the time (e.g. 2 AM, 3 AM, 5 AM, 6 AM), and more. I slept a total of 0 nights out of all that I paid for here, and I basically paid ~$400 CAD to store my belongings and have a shower 4 times.
(2) Rude staff & impossible to be compensated --- On the last day I was awoken by a blasting TV from below at 3 AM. I had the reception contact them to tell them to mind their noise, however they decided to disregard this. I returned to the reception around 3:30 AM or so and asked if I checked out immediately would the hotel shuttle me to the airport. The reception said no, this is not a service they offer. I asked is it not possible given the circumstances of being 4 AM and not very safe to be out and about with luggage. Reception maintained that it was not possible and instead said would give $20 refund for a partial taxi fare. Note PARTIAL, not even the full cost. I attempted to communicate with them that what I had gone through here is not equivalent to a compensation of $20, and the reception maintained that it was equivalent and started justifying why the behaviour and my experience was deserved. The reception then told me that if I wanted to get more than $20 to contact Booking.com. I left at 5 AM on public transit to YVR, arrived 12 hours pre-flight, and slept more on a wooden bench than I had in 5 days. Booking.com ordered them to compensate on March 14, and it turned out to be only $42.90. They only began initiating compensation after I informed them I would be lodging a dispute with MasterCard on March 17, after ignoring multiple requests to initiate the compensation.
(3) Filthy --- Debris and a chip bag underneath my bed, piles of dust on the windowsills and baseboards, cobwebs and dust bunnies on the various fixtures such as TV, alarm clock, bed frame, etc.
(4) Pungent stench in the room

It was fine. No problem.

No breakfast at the hotel but many choices just steps away

The location is absolutely amazing! Really convenient to travel around and all the essential needs are close by.

The location is AMAZING!!! We were able to do sightseeing within walking distance.
Unfortunately, the noise from the street is a big problem. In addition, a guest had a loud fight during the night, and the music blared after the battle was over.
We tried to report it but the room phone is NOT working.

Good location
Carrying suitcases up stairs because there was no elevator
