a bit disappointing

Good location, good concierge, good lost and found

furnishing original good quality but a little tired, lack of a kettle to boil water for tea - if you use the coffee machine your tea tastes of coffee. Although I had an adaptor it was hard to make it work. The razor point was solely N american but in the UK they have multi sockets for different types. No bottled water given and kettle water tasted very odd. No welcome book or info.

Good size rooms, well laid out. Views from Bed and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant.

Overall, everything was great!

Location was wonderful. The room was nice, towels were soft, there was plenty of room, liked the fridge and coffee maker in the room.

Being so close to the pool and our lack of a view.

The stay was great and our room was cleaned quite early the following day.

The location was great everything we wanted to do was with in walking distance.

The only issue we had was the first morning we were at the hotel our room was not cleaned even though we were out of the room the entire day. Was a bit disappointed due to the level of service I was expecting.

Incredible Vancouver

this is a full spetacular Hyatt Regency, front desk were amazing. very confortable suite. easy parking. nice breakfast. walking distance to Robson street area and Canada Place. all i needed for a overnight stay.

i liked everything.

Overall, we had a terrific time!

The hotel had everything we needed and the concierge was very nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

The lobby is far too dark! It didn’t feel inviting and my vision was compromised with the darkness. A brighter ambience would be more appealing.

We had a great stay

Great location! We were close to transit and walking distance to lots of great shopping and destinations. Hotel was lovely and staff were very accommodating.

We had some rather loud neighbours. I was quite surprised at how sound carried through the walls and we were annoyed at the noise level from a family next door both in the evening and early in the morning.

Comfortable room with nice view

We got a balcony room with a lovely view. It was a nice location, which we chose due to the bus from Whistler stopping there. Staff was very polite and accommodating and allowed us early check in on arrival, and let us utilize the baggage storage on checkout day.

We would have appreciated if we had been able to turn the balcony light off, in order to leave the doors open at night and enjoy the weather.

Will definitely stay here when I return to Vancouver.

It is a beautiful property perfectly situated in the heart of the city and an easy walk to the waterfront. The staff was excellent and I believe gave me an even nicer room with a fabulous view than I was expecting. And the balcony was so fabulous.

We enjoyed our stay, so close to everything downtown Vancouver has to offer!

The location was great! The staff was excellent! The balcony was large with a small view of the ocean,the room was clean nicely laid out,updated and designed, the lobby had nice flow, parking was convenient, check in was efficient, every space was clean and tidy, when we did run into hiccup with towels it was sorted out quickly and pleasantly

The beds were too small, not enough pillows, the room was dark like a big shadow was over it, not enough chairs on deck for everyone to enjoy it together, the room was over priced, parking directions to alternate entrance were a bit confusing (we had a vehicle that was too large to go in main entrance)There was not enough towels in the room for each of us to have one.

it was a pleasant stay. comfortable bed and friendly staffs.

there was an unpleasant noise coming from the air ventilator when we set the mode to medium. it interrupts our sleep. However, we switched it back to high-speed mode then the noise disappeared.

the lagguage keeper is very nice and helpful. the room is clean and facility is great.

The front desk staff didn't smile and said no any greeting words when the pre-checkin, he is very serious.
