Under renovation.

Price. Convenient booking. Clean.
Only bread for breakfast. Weak wifi. Pool closed (no problem. it's seasonal). Only gave us 2 bath towels for 3 guests, asked for another and got rough pool towels. TV channels sucked.

Good price and my room was spacious.
No pool?

Close to Fiddlers Green. The staff was incredibly kind and worked hard to find us a room after they couldn’t find our reservation.
They said there were in transition of being bought by a new company. The price reflects the age of the building and the hotel rooms. The inside is nicer then the outside looks.

Close to freeway

Great customer service and good breakfast

Customer service is pretty great and the maids try very hard. The nights are very quiet in the building. Staff is there to help 24/7
People fighting over waffles and yelling at the receptionists and eachother.
Suggestion
People fighting over a germed up waffle station is bound to disgruntle people first thing in the morning. A cook who monitors and makes the waffles, yogurt, etc work behind a sneeze guard. Also. I'd totally pay an extra 5.00 a night for some sausage, bacon, and eggs
All air filters need replaced and air ducts cleaned out. It makes my nose run.
The place has alot of potential.

The room was nice. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The free internet was decent and didn’t disconnect me or try to upsell me on data rates. They had ice available and it had the feeling of a hotel, from the time before the discount hotels over-economized. Not the cheapest hotel but moderately nicer than those.
The continental breakfast was the standard hotel carb fest. No protein, no fresh fruit, actually no fruit at all. I never understand why hotels fling such unhealthy food at people. The hall outside the room was hot and not air conditioned. This would be okay except that at one point someone left some garbage out or something as it literally smelled like something died and was left to rot. The police had busted someone in the room across the hall and hauled them away that morning, this left me to believe that the smell that emanated was something had died there because that’s what it smelled like. The other downside was noise. Outside someone was running a very loud machine in the parking lot, which was so loud it felt like I was getter my teeth drilled.

Good location, clean rooms, excellent and happy staff. Restaurants near by
Not a big choice with breakfast and ice machines weren't working.

I got charged an extra daily fee for breakfast/parking/wifi/whatever and I did not eat at the property

Nathan at the front desk is Amazing ! He’s very attentive, patient and great with customer service
Can’t think of anything

Nothing
Where do I start. The “GM” Veronica is the most vile and hateful person. She hides behind the reception desk and thinks because she is in a position of power within the hotel that that gives her the right to treat her hotel guests however she wants. She yelled at us, called us names, and then had the cops called and kicked us out of the hotel, but not before she confirmed our check in and charged our card for a stay we were not even allowed in the building for. There is absolutely no reasoning with her. She’s rude, unpleasant, doesn’t have the slightest knowledge of what hotel hospitality is.

The breakfast was terrible. Only one waffle maker. Syrup in a metal dish. No protein items. Yogurt in a metal dish. Watered down juice items. This was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen.
There was nothing to like. Police activity in the parking lot all night. Drug addicts shooting up in the parking lot. This place is dump. Don't stay here. Was going to stay 2 nights. Checked out after the 1st night due to Safety concerns. Just didn't feel safe in the room. Got up several times to check on my car. Everytime crackheads walking around cars. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place.

There was a gentleman at the front desk who was just amazing
A few ladies working the front desk were extremely lazy and when I asked for butter she was too busy on her phone to get it for me

Friendly staff gave us an early check in and walking directions to fiddlers. Lots of restraunts close by. I
There was an incoherent woman speaking to the desk guy as we were checking in. We found out she is a local prostiture staying in the hotel w her dog and cats. She had flooded her room the day before. The hotel was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The pillows pillows were lumpy, and the continental breakfast was bread coffee and waffles. Also, a 10 minute uber ride from Fidflers. Will not be staying again.

The price and the staff...who were very helpful as we had to check out due to a family emergency. The staff was great...
The room was okay, however there was a used tissue behind the night table, there were questionable stains on the sleeper sofa as well as the mattress was deterioration in the mattress so it was unusable...there was also something red on the wall, and we don't know what it was. The hotel is rated way higher than it should have been...

Staff was great.
That the hot free breakfast was only one morning. Only 1 small trash can in the room and no fan vent in the bathroom

Front desk were awesome. Specially the night guys.
Room not getting cleaned by housekeeping.

The room was very nice, larger than expected, new looking with a desk, fridge and microwave and an LG flat screen TV. The room was also very quiet, great view, access to ice, and stocked with amenities. I was very impressed.
Breakfast could go a bit longer than 9 am (10:30 am).

This is the Pits. Room had plastic bag over smoke detector. Window was opened as if someone was smoking previously in room. Ask front desk to remove bag over smoke detector for 5 straight days. Never removed. Did not get fresh towels or room cleaned as requested. Approached front desk employee Casey and asked for clean towels while he was outside of hotel smoking and chatting with some lady. He informed me that he could not get fresh towels as he could not leave front desk. He was outside of hotel with his back to hotel while talking to some lady. Telling me that he cannot leave front desk.
The room had hard candy stuck to the carpet along with fire safety plastic bag over smoke detector
BUT, the worst on our 5 night stay was in the evening coming back to our room on second floor and stepping off elevator to a cloud of weed smoke. The smell was all the way past 19 rooms to our room. It stank. The next night the elevators had the same weed smell.
The breakfast area floor had lots of food on it at 3 in the afternoon.
It may be less expensive but, consider. Fire safety, drugs, cleaning, fresh towels, dirty floors and attitude of front desk personnel before booking this hotel.

Breakfast is excellent!
Our room smelled horrible. It was cat urine. Front desk did have staff clean carpet but you can not just shampoo cat urine. It has to be re carpeted. They did not offer room change or discount.

The check-in and check-out process was faster and swift. The room was clean and spacious.

Place was falling apart, ceiling peeling, shower head leaking everywhere, everything just seemed cheaply covered and repainted.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and affordable.
The elevators sometimes made noises that were a little unnerving.

The breakfast was probably tasty, but was mostly high cholesterol and high sugar content foods. I love my heart health. The fitness center was good.
A member of tge staff on Friday evening was extremely discourteous when I had to ask 3 times to have my room key scanned. He kept claiming my phone was making the card bad, when my phone was locked in the room. I think he was scanning it oncorrectly.
