i didn’t like my stay at all

i like the location,it was close to all necessary entertainment.

there was a bad smell in the room,I suppose the restroom was the reason. the restroom was also not tidy no bath rug so it was cold for my little kids and there was a noise

Not going back to this Holiday Inn fo sure

The room we stayed in stinks. The refrigerator is dirty. The table was dirty and light on the table does not even work. The front desk staff was not friendly and they did not even tell us what time the breakfast is or where we could go nearby for food or attractions.

Smelly and room service was terrible.

Location

The smell, the corridors and elevators smell terrible. I stayed in building A and it was the worst. The room service was extremely slow and non existent. You would call for items to the rooms and sometimes it never reaches. If you did surgery and have to use this hotel for a few days, DON’T.

It sucked! Will never stay at a holiday inn again

It was a motel not a hotel. The first room they gave me was right on the street. I said no way. The room stinky, smelled like crap. The water from the bathroom faucet smelled like sewer water. The pool cleaner was blaring music right outside our room at 6am both mornings. We could not find an ice machine anywhere. When we got there at 2 the front desk girl said no we can I check in. Their system was down and hoped it was up by four. We are always able to check in a bit early and I felt like she was just lying so we wouldn’t return early. Overall from start to finish I did not like this place and will NEVER go back. Way over priced for an old stinky motel. Had I known I would have never booked this place.

Close to airport and free shuttle.

The room had a musty smell. I was put in an out dated room in the back of the property, separate from where I checked in. The dryers didn't work. For the high price and pictures on the website, I thought it was going to be a nice hotel. That's why I picked it.

They have addition motel building that we were unaware of when booking. That is where our room was, not in actual hotel.

5th time stay with Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside

That it was near to the Zoo and SeaWorld and our favorite restaurant when we’re in town.

My usual request to be in a room on the third floor wasn’t available and that the room didn’t seem to be as clean as past stays.

I was disappointed that they couldn't get us a nicer room. I had reservations made for weeks ahead.

Our room was in a separate building. The deadbolt did not work, felt unsafe. The seal around the door was missing, so the street noise was terrible. The toilet made a squealing sound all night long. Our room was outdated. We did not get breakfast vouchers, until I inquired.

Location to cruise port. Good breakfast (not included in room rate.)

Arrived at 9:55 pm, all food service at hotel and vicinity closes at 10:00, so no food after ten travel hours. Our room was several buildings away from check-in with no assistance for luggage. Our room was located in a building undergoing refurbishing and hallways were plastic wrapped, taped, unfinished. The room itself had no microwave for the container of dry noodles we had to purchase at the concession by the front desk, so long walk back to use the microwave there. The room was freezing and there was no way to regulate the cold air blowing from a/c. This is a mid-level motel, nothing special. Plastic bathroom glasses, worn towels, mini-soap, half-used shampoo. Very expensive for what is delivered.
