Roaches, needs remodeling, too old looking. Not enough tv channels.

The beds were average comfortable and seemingly clean sheets.

The room smelled bad and the bathroom didn't look very clean. There were also decent sized holes in the walls.

Worse hotel ever

Nothing. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. We could not get our money back but did NOT stay. Don't waste your time or money on this hotel

Everything was molded inside the room. There were people smoking weed everywhere. For sure a drug hotel

We absolutely had to change hotels and the staff did not return the money to my credit card even tho

There was mold in the room and/or there had been a cat because our son had an asthma attack after being there for half an hour. there were stains and hair on the sheets and towels. In the neighboring room lived a family who had a lot of guests and probably sold/used drugs.

The room and the whole hotel did not correspond at all to the impression given by Booking.com.

It was fifteen minutes from the parks. The front desk clerk (caucasion guy not the owner) was very nice. Chic fil A was close. Walmart was close because we had to buy roach spray, towels, toilet paper and Lysol.

We learned this is a "transient" property. They even have a sign posted if you look close enough behind the desk telling them tbey can't get mail there. This property I'd beyond filthy and out dated. We had prostitution going on above us and beside us along with drug deals in broad daylight. The people here never sleep and it was noisy EVERY NIGHT ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! People yelling and fighting in the parking lot. We came out to a roll of toilet paper on top of our car and cigarettes had been flicked on ot from the room above us. We complained and the OWNER told us that all we could do was call the police ourselves. He wasn't going to do anything about it. He was EXTREMELY rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

It was a terrible experience. the towels and sheets were dirty and smelly. The room had a musty smell. Cigarette on the floor, broken door, clogged sink. The atmosphere in the hotel is terrible: drugged people and drug dealers in the hotel. There were people knocking on our door in the middle of the night asking for drugs. There are no words to describe how bad our stay at this hotel was. We only stayed one night, and asked for a refund for the second night, but they refused to give us.

Avoid this property at all costs, very sketchy.

It was close to Medieval Times in Kissimmee which is why we stayed there. Otherwise I do not have anything else that I can think of that is likeable about this hotel.

Hotel facility is run way down and very unclean. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation and cleaning. I thought that the Knights Inn brand would ensure some standard level of maintenance and cleanliness, but that's not the case. On top of this, the room smelled of smoke. They did not have breakfast and the pool was closed. When you look to book a room, it claims there's a continental breakfast and pool. Once you book, you get a message that breakfast is not being served and the pool is closed. Using COVID as an excuse, there are no COVID restrictions in the area.

Not worth it.

This hotel was just awful I’m not one to complain but 1st ac wasn’t turned on so it was extremely hot and we had to lay there for at least 3 hrs before it cooled down. The bath tub looks like it has been cleaned since the 1980’s and with a fabric shower curtain hanging so low in the tub as you shower was just very unsanitary. Not to mention you could see the walls are a lil busted up in the bathroom and they weren’t discreet with the pest control there was the glue for roaches all over the walls. When I pulled in after driving for 6 hrs for a place to get some rest look like there was a hangout going on and staff didn’t mind at all I asked to be put on a different side so I could get some rest I wanted to check back out once I looked in the room but my husband and children were desperate to just shower and lay down. I think Motel 6 was would of been better than this place it was just very run down smelly and just really not a place you would want to go to with your kids.

Drug dealers roaches dirty cops patrolling owners know everything n cops!!!! Stay the hell away from this place unless you want to get drugs right there and roaches hiding in cabinets & fridge... Talking about they pass inspection somebody or people is getting paid to look the other way in this place!!! Disgusting

the air conditioning turned on, and the small fridge too

the room lacked cleanliness, the bathroom I had to clean to use the shower. the stained towels, damaged lamps, it should be cheaper it is not a place for that price, the pool the green water could not be used

Not the worst place I've ever stayed

Location was ok. Room was fairly clean and the air conditioner worked. Nice and quiet.

The towels were old, no tissues, damage everywhere. Everything I own stinks of smoke and whatever they use to cover up the smoke smell. Some shady residents, but they didn't bother us. Pool is a mess with the fence partially missing. Toilet was loose, toilet bar fell off. Cigarette Burn marks on the side of the tub.
