There were no curtains and the blinds let a ton of light through. This made it very difficult to sleep as the room was bright all night from outside lights and obviously filled with light in the morning.

Very disappointed this time. Had to wait in lobby for over a 20 minutes to get checked in. Did not see any customer service person for assistance.

The rooms, the ping pong table and the esthetics of the outside area.
Booking.com indicated a fabulous breakfast included. This was incorrect. The Fabulous breakfast must be paid for.

location
we were on the bottom floor that was fine until 1:00 am the upstairs was stomping all around like crazy! We couldn’t figure out what was happening.
4.0
The de loss of human interaction; they have a self check in kiosk with a remote person on a flat screen, horrible.

Staff was great, hotel was clean
The windows in the doors are opaque. I know that is a structural problem, but it is dark in the room. The weather was not great and I wouldn't leave the doors open anyway. I think you should put regular glas in them and have good shades so we can look out an enjoy the beatiful landscaping.

I didn’t have any complaints.

I had to check out before the breakfast service. Overall, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept well and was well-rested for my business endeavour that day.
Nothing comes to mind at this time.

I like the location and the facilities.
the staff at the front desk when I checked in and out was not very friendly. I had to beg for a receipt which I needed to expense my stay at work.

Good value for money, a decent size room in Mountain View
The room desperately needs an upgrade and some new painting. Glass in the sink was chipped, shower curtain ripped around the corners, no room service for the 3 days I was there. The size of the fitness room is very small. The location is just off the highway and the noise in my room was substantial until late at night

Loved the balcony attached to our room.
When we were trying to check in the hotel attendant was on her cellphone talking about what's for dinner rather than getting the long line of people checked in to our rooms.
4.5
Bed and sheets were awesome! So comfy.
The two staff members we dealt with were extremely short, communicated very little, and we felt as though we were putting them out by our being there!

Room nice size, clean and not expensive
Attitude and location.

I liked the relaxed atmosphere. It was nice to have a room on the ground floor near the water cooler where I could fill my water bottle and near the laundry facilities. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of outlets and USB ports. Decent gym and nice common outdoor space.
2.5
Location, ease of parking to walking to hotel
The walls are white and there are hand and furniture smudge marks all over, disgusting. I used my antibacterial wipes to clean, not that difficult. Probably is overlooked because they do NOT clean your room until you hit 7 night stay. IN other words, you have to ask for clean towels, more coffee pods and toilet paper from the front desk because they are not coming around and giving you more. The walls are thin also, hear everyone talking, yawning, and stomping.. it was cheap, so to be expected but want an honest review on here.

The room was clean and the access to our appointment the next day was easy
First, when we checked in (after having requested a handicapped room and received an email saying the property could meet our request), the attendant gave us a non-handicapped room. When we asked for a new room, we were quickly given it, but although the bathroom was huge & definitely accessible, the room itself was furnished so that my husband's walker could not get through. We asked for a small chair and "there isn't one" - So, neither of us could sit at the desk because we had to push the desk chair into the corner so the walker could get through. Evidently, there is only one handicapped room, but the room is not accessible for anyone with a walker or wheelchair. Also, since we last stayed at Hotel Zico, the meal service has been greatly reduced. If we had known, we would have purchased elsewhere before checking in. This is such a nice property; it's a shame that it has such reduced capabilities. As my husband becomes more disabled, we might have to find an alternate place to stay. This makes me sad...

Location near El Camino Hospital for early procedure check-in.
