The manager was very understanding and polite. He understood the situation and intervened with a solution. I appreciated his hospitality and his warm kindness. The property’s and structure was beautiful. The hotel was clean and spacious.
Booking.com took a very long time to send over my information which had me waiting in the lobby for almost two hours.

Close to the arena
Small elevators, which makes checking out at 11 difficult.

Staff was nice and helpful, walking distance to CFG Arena
Rickety elevator, carpet coming up in room, no onsite parking-you have to pay $70 for weekend parking and walk to it. No place for dogs to use the bathroom other than mulch beds with no pet station. Sketchy people on streets

Location is a positive mark for this hotel. It's in close proximity to inner harbor and other libations around the immediate area. The aesthetics of the hotel were interesting. A lot of Marble and high ceilings which make this location a very unique one. I read it was once a Bank, and I particularly love conversions like this. Especially the vault room on the lower level of the property. It's a very neat concept. Also, the Front desk staff and Valet team were courteous and very helpful.
Parking of course. With any inner-city property, you'll always run into Price and limited options. You either have the choice of using the Valet service at this property for a fixed fee, or taking your chances with parking in the available lot next to the hotel whereby you're likely to pay heftier fees to park. There is no easily accessible means to the parking deck either. So be prepared to do some walking in order to get to the deck that the hotel recommends to use, if NOT using the Valet Services.
Parking access in front of the building for check in / out, unloading, or even for the Valet service, is challenging as well. I found myself rounding the block a few times as a way to allow time for other guests' cars to clear the area. While I did appreciate the room size and the front living quarters with pullout sofa bed, and Kitchenette; there is still need for updating and improvements. The bathroom layout is odd and like none I've ever seen when traveling, and it's outdated. I have to give some leeway with that because it is an old structure, but I feel the room(s) could be updated in ways that make it better-accessible and efficient.
The Bed in our room was unbalanced, and not comfortable. I dinged my ankle a few times on the frame the extends out from the sides under the mattress. Some minor adjustments here and there, and this review would look a lot different.

The front desk staff was friendly when we checked in and out. Elevators were fast. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast is included.
The price for parking on booking.com was incorrect. So I was surprised to find out it was quite a bit more at check-in. Also the breakfast was just ok. Eggs and sausage were the only hot foods. Didn't seem the staff replaced items once they were gone. That was unfortunate.

It was a nice experience, the hotel is a bit outdated but the rooms are quite nice. It was clean! Breakfast was indeed quite weak, not a lot of options (no vegetables), and most of the things were full of sugar.
I was expecting to have a much more friendlier staff, the lady at the reception was ridiculously bored, to get a few words from her was very hard. Same with the breakfast lady, I've asked for some gluten-free options and she rolled her eyes.

The staff was fantastic from beginning to end. The original charm of the building and the cleanliness were great too.
The bed and pillows were motel 6 quality. The bathroom has zero grout left between tiles. The price to park is enough to discourage a repeat visit.

The price was great for the location. Some staff were friendly and helpful
The room cleaning was sketchy- lots of crud left under the beds including an empty bottle-! The lighting in the room was so inadequate that we couldn’t use the “living room” portion of the “suite”. One desk clerk in particular seemed near catatonic and was unable to answer the most basic tourist questions.

Everything was great! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. Special shout out to Darrell, he was awesome. He made us feel welcome and let us know if we needed anything he was just a call away. He is a tremendous asset to your company.
There was nothing we didn't like. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Baltimore

The bed was very comfortable. And the room was spacious.
It was noisy in the area where my suite was located. I could hear my neighbors on the phone.

A localização é boa. Chuveiro e cama bons
O hotel está meio abandonado. Elevadores quebrados, máquina de gelo quebrada. Café da manhã poderia estar melhor em comparação com outros hotéis da rede.

Breakfast was good. Springhill offered variety, which is a great thing. It would be nice to see turkey options on the menu for those who don't eat pork sausage.
Only had one working elevator for the entire 4-day trip which coincided with a Ravens home game. Wait times for the elevator were a little longer than usual but overall my experience was awesome.

The customer service at the reception was the worst ever! The receptionist had the worst attitude towards the guest and wasn’t welcoming. When we requested for a soup bowl from the reception, the receptionist didn’t even responded in a friendly way, but only shrugged the shoulders that suggested that the hotel didn’t have a soup bowl. We were expecting at least a “no” in a friendly response and we were really disappointed at the receptionist’s rude attitude towards the guest.

Very friendly staff! Excellent customer service
Garbage in the mail chute. Outdated dinged up furniture. The room just old and needed renovation. Not up to Marriott standards.

The hotel itself is conveniently located 2 1/2 blocks from the CFG bank Arena, we were attending a concert and wanted someplace close and didn’t want to have to rent a car. I think it was about a 15 minute ride to the airport.
The building was originally a bank and the lobby area and downstairs have kept that charm. Our room was a king suite with a pullout bed. I can’t say the pull out bed was all that comfortable, but it was pleasant enough. The room was clean, and the staff was great.
I didn’t like two things and they both were pretty minor, one was that our room faced a parking garage, so there was no view, and the floor to ceiling windows were really drafty. I woke up freezing our first night there. However, there is a thermostat in the room and I cranked up the heat and asked for extra blankets the second night, which I received no problem.

The room was a generous size with a couch and work station. Breakfast included was a bonus.
I dont recall there being a safe but didn't look too hard for it.
