Nothing. Would highly recommend it and use it again.

Cute & in a great location
Snow shovelling right outside the door at 7am and lack of curtain/blind on one window.

Location was excellent. Quiet, private, and pretty well appointed. Plenty of sleeping space (6), so great for a larger group or family. Checking in and out was a breeze, parking was a little confusing but we figured it out. Maybe paint the room name on the parking spaces? I personally loved the old house vibe. My friend, not so much, not bad, just not overly excited. (She used to manage hotels, so views accomodations through a different len
s. 😄) She loved the gardens though! They were beautiful! And decent view from back deck.
A couple small things that would have upped the game for us: 1.) Better bath towels would be great. The towels were functional for sure, but were thin and well used, 2.) The "frosting" on the bathroom window does not cover the entire window, so using facilities and being able to look out and into the window directly across felt a bit awkward...if you can see out, they can see in?, 3.) The door stop in the bathroom is a serious toe stubbing/tripping hazard! Probably should replace with one of those doorstops that attach to the door hinge, and finally, 4.) There was a half eaten carton of ice cream left in the freezer from the previous guests. Again, not a huge deal, we just threw it away, but perception... 😬

Downtown so all activities and sights easily accessible.
Noisy guests next door.

Was a wonderful stay, bonus was the deck for a glass of wine apres ski(got lucky with blubirds every day). The place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. The proximity to Nelson's everything was outstanding. We will be back most definitely

Nice spacious rooms and the location was perfect. Easy to walk around town and near restaurants
Carrying luggage upstairs was a bit of a challenge but the view was nice

We thought the size of the space was very good value for the rate. Lovely to be in a heritage building with antique pieces in the room. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen well stocked with necessities. The bathroom had good quality towels and the hosts provided quality shampoo, conditioner and body soap for guests. Laundry facilities were provided but we did not require them. The location was central to shopping, take-out and local restaurants.
However we had to put up with a lot of noise from the unit upstairs on Saturday night for about 4 or 5 hours. We left the tv on to drown out the constant scrapping of furniture across the floor. There is no sound barrier it would appear in the ceiling which is the downfall of staying in a converted older home I would presume.
Also the room is large enough that a king size bed could be provided. Not necessary but would be a nice touch.

Well equipped and comfortable
Other guests noise control can be problematic.
The owner was quick to respond to issues with heating and was going to speak with other guests who were not so considerate with noise.

Great location to access downtown. very clean and well taken care of. process to access the unit was great and we were left to enjoy the stay. unit was very large and had great atmosphere...
Didn't like the location of the unit. there was a rental behind us (with kids) and one above and was very loud. The construction out front didn't help the situation either. Also the front area for this unit was constantly being accessed by the other tenants so no privacy.

Wonderful to have air conditioning during the heat wave. Easy access. Great to have option to cook and eat in.

Excellent location for shopping. eating and exploring! We enjoyed the Fall Suite and all the amenities that came with! Cathy (owner) popped in and said hello, made sure we were good to go for the weekend. All in all, we'd stay here again with our dog.

Excellent location. Host was friendly and informative.
We found the bed to be too soft.

Excellent location at the start of the historic downtown area. We had the Verandah Suite, which included direct access to a lovely large covered porch, facing a stunning yard filled with flowers and large trees. Very pleasant.
Bed was too soft. Plenty of room for a kingsize, which would have been nice.
