Rooms perfect. Staff great.
Terrible service in restaurant. They brought the wrong order to our table not once but twice and to 2 other tables as well were brought the wrong orders. One person then got her food 15 min b4 the other 3 of us. The severs were so confused because the waiter kept disappearing and they had no direction. There should be some serious revamping of their process for organizing tables etc
We had no less than 5 different people bring us water coffee food toast etc and no one seemed to have a rhyme or reason. To what they were doing.

Lovely hotel, but downtown Minneapolis was dead on the weekend. Our bad for not realizing this when we booked. Otherwise great location within short walk of light rail stop and Mississippi River walkways.
Very few occupants in this downtown hotel on the weekend and many restaurants in area closed on the weekend. Next time I would save money and stay on one of the suburban hotels on the light rail line.

Accommodations were very nice.
I waited almost an hour to check in. You need to have more staffing.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds, great location, great hotel bar and access to the parking ramp via skyway. We also really enjoyed having a pool and hot tub. Very cool, historic building as well
The bathroom door was awkward

We valeted our vehicle and it took 45 minutes to retrieve. We missed a breakfast reservation with our family. Very unfortunate.

I tried to tell one of the staff about a guest that was using racial comments towards the bartenders and did nothing about it. made me feel unsafe.

Breakfast staff was friendly.
My room was cleaned only once during the 5-night stay. Staff wasn't very helpful.

Bed was comfortable.
No water pressure on 11th floor. Was charged for parking when it was suppose to be validated. The lobster Mac and cheese was really good.

Great location. Staff accommodated an early check-in. Room was clean and a reasonable size.

The room was OK, nothing special but a very nice shower. The building is nice, an old bank converted into a hotel. Other than that, not up to Westin standards. The only (very) bright spot was Natasha at the check-in counter, very nice, efficient and very helpful in giving us directions and suggesting places to go.
Maybe the hotel is nicer during the week, but during a weekend it is dead and so is the center of Minneapolis. The breakfast on Sunday morning was terrible, only a mediocre buffet with terrible service. We ended up having just a cup of coffee and were unable to get a glass of water. It took a while to find another option downtown, but eventually we managed.
This was the second bad experience in a week with a hotel of the Marriott group...... Very disappointing.

Very quiet hotel. Felt very private.
Parking location was unclear. Ended up in wrong ramp and trapped in a different parking garage. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Rooms were cozy, staff was excellent, amenities were great, and it was not noisy or full of children!
Paying for parking as I already spent lots of money on the hotel itself. But parking is part of the experience in the cities so I can’t really complain.

Great location for our purpose. Huge lobby, great Reno of an old bank. Wine storage was awesome! Loved the multitude of sitting areas in the lobby/bar/restaurant. Comfortable king room.
Room was on the small side. View was a wall of another building. No big deal really.

Most everyone was very nice and helpful
The breakfast on Sunday could have used improvement. I realize the lack of workers is a problem everywhere. It was close to an hour before we got our food. Needed more organization. But we were celebrating that weekend, so all was good.
One lady at the desk at checkout on Monday was a bit harsh and impatient.
