It was beautiful- love the location. More staff for the busy weekends or charge less.

The location and views from our room were amazing. Most of the staff was very sweet and accommodating. The facilities are beautiful and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable.

We woke up at 7am to the smell of weed. Someone in one of the rooms downstairs from us was smoking weed and it was going right into our room. I have 2 little kids. The service was sweet but extremely slow. It took us 1 hour (no exaggeration) to get our food from the restaurant. I called down to get my car from valet and when I got to the lobby 15 minutes later, they hadn’t even begun grabbing my car and it wasn’t that busy. In the lobby we were told to go outside to eat our outside food, which I understand. However there were many other groups in the lobby eating outside food who weren’t told to leave. While I understand this rule, I also believe that as guests of the hotel, we should be able to bring I. Outside food. Given how slow the service is at the restaurant, and the fact that’s there aren’t any other food options super close by, some leeway should be given and it should be consistent. I had to ask for a microwave in our room 3 times before getting one. I love this hotel, but given the expense of it, I do expect a higher level of service. I think the hotel just needed more employees. Knowing how busy it was going to be due to many events happening, the hotel should have hired more staff for the weekend- more valet, more dining staff, etc.. thank you.

Relax Wellness Resort

Eine wunderschönes Resort , Zimmer sehr schön alles super sauber, Pool Whirlpool top Zustand, ans Meer und in die Stadt Hotelshuttel sehr angenehm. BAR & Aussenbereich sehr schönes Ambiente

Für den Preis hätte ich mir den Parkplatz inklusive erwartet mit 49$ die Nacht absolut übertrieben. Frühstück ist auch total überteuert steht in keinem Verhältnis

Beautiful Resort and we would highly recommend!

Very nice resort, but the rooms need a little TLC. Some “bruises’ on walls and molding, easy little fixes. And a much needed extra comfortable chair other just the one at the desk. We really enjoyed the quiet and comfort.

Great views and accomodation close to Coronado.

Nice hotel close to Silverstrand State Beach, quiet location, nice views of the bay. Less expensive than Hotel Del Coronado and you can still enjoy Coronado 4 miles away.

Parking is sometimes tight.

beautiful location and facilities.

this was out second visit and we really love the location , comfort and facilities. the bathrooms are especially roomy and have both tub and shower. The staff was great and accommodated with a room change when ours had a noisy neighbor. WE will definitely stay here again!

Nice views and clean room.

I requested amenities for my husband's birthday as a surprise and called twice to ensure the arrangement was set. I was assured we'd have wine and chocolate covered strawberries in the room upon arrival, however, to my great disappointment we arrived to no such thing. I called the concierge later that night and was told I'd get a call back, but I did not receive a follow-up. I was let down twice and unfortunately will not be returning.

Love this place, but definitely not worth the money if they’re having any sort of event there during your stay

I love the location of this property and have been here many times before because it’s always a wonderful experience. Great staff. Clean. Gorgeous views

There was a big event going on while we were there and because of that we felt very over looked, they made changes to the shuttles, and it was a little overwhelming that they were having big parties for it each night.

A great place to stay, just outside the chaos of Coronado proper.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen. Sehr alt zu einem sehr hohen Preis

Die Zimmer sind sehr alt. Es war nicht sauber. Die Dusche war schmutzig und am WC war ein Haar vom Vorgänger! Das Zimmer müffelte. Den Aufzug haben wir nie einmal benutzt. Wer weiß wann er dann wirklich mal stehen bleibt. Am Pool sind viel zu wenig Liegen, viele mussten auf den Biden liegen oder sogar wieder gehen. Sehr schade. 50€ pro Nacht für Parken ist unverschämt. Das Personal war total überfordert unser Auto wieder zu finden. Wenn man was aus dem Auto holen wollte, durfte man nicht selbst ans Auto… Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht!! Tolle Bilder - in Wirklichkeit leider nicht.

Nice facility, messed up billing

Beautiful scenery

Billing process was a mess. I filled out a credit card authorization card so I could give the stay as a gift to my daughter I. Law for her 10 year anniversary. Loews ended up incorrectly billing my daughter in Law so she saw gas price and had to pay. It was awful

Unfortunately you can’t go in the water at their lovely beach. Not their fault as it’s pollution but it should be advertised that’s the case. Pollsters could do with a spruce up.

We cant wait to return!!

We took our two granddaughters for 2 nights and were thrilled with the hotel! The girls also loved eating lunch poolside, the fun pool entertainment, and the stunning views!

Couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous bay views!

The views of the bay are incredible! Our room was beautiful and the hotel was gorgeous. There was so much beauty everywhere I looked! Also, our kids LOVED the family pool.

It was a bit pricey so we will try to come back during the week when it’s not so busy or expensive.

Would not stay again. Coronado was also disappointing. Beaches were all closed due to bacteria.

Property was clean. Had good shuttle service in to Coronado. Restaurants were very mediocre.

very expensive for the value. Unaware of the multiple sets of resort fees.

room 1st floor, pool view, right over the family pool - when it was clear we had no family with us. Had to keep the curtain closed all the time and was very loud all day until after 10pm at night. TV was broken, took over 24hours to get facilities to fix it. Parking was very tight and seemed to not have enough spaces for someone that paid $47 a night to park. Breakfast menu was limited. Too many undisclosed resort fees and additional 10% on all the resort fees took it from $419 a night to $561.00. Very disappointing.

It was a fabulous anniversary trip and the staff were so attentive to us!

We loved that it was away from everything and not congested. You never really needed to leave. The location was perfect. The beach was easily accessible. The gardens were beautiful and the 3 pools were great.

We were there for 5 days and there was no WiFi. There was an issue with the WiFi. The manager was kind enough to reverse the resort fee.

We will be staying at Mission Bay Resort next time.

We liked the location and they shuttle service they provided to downtown Coronado

They allow companies to rent their facilities and they block off the outside patio during these events. Even though you pay a resort fee. We were forced to stay inside and order at the bar.
