Day staff were nice, night staff needs to go to 60 day rehab
Price was ok, wasn't what booking quoted me and the night man (tweaker) came out to the parking lot and told me I had to leave after he had seen me staying there for three straight nights
The front desk to be a little more accommodating and less rigid. I booked a room with 2 queens and they put me in a king suite which cost more. I was with my daughter so needed 2 beds. Night guy put me in room with 2 beds but kept my rate at the suite price. CHEEZY

Way under expectation

I rented through booking.com, the description said that there was hot tub in the room and breakfast. I paid for a king suite and there was no hot tub,no breakfast, no coffee pot. there was no microwave. there was one set of towels and there was no hot water. When I complained to the front desk, she told me that I'd have to file any complaints with the day shift manager who would not be in until after check out. When I brought all of this to her attention, I still had to pay full price for the room because she didn't have another room to move me to.

Great location & wonderful value!
not going to lie, I read the reviews and was worried, but everything else in town was full. it was great! the guy working the desk was super nice and friendly, and the room was basic but comfortable. the location was fantastic! I’d totally stay again.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. I just love my own bed!

Price was ok ,but did not liked being charged 2 deposits for one room. Oh still trying to get my 160
I did not like having to move the microwave into the bathroom to be able to plug it in and that really sucked
Having a electrical outlet that has enough room to plug everything in . I had to unplug the fridge to use microwave and microwave to use fridge. So bring your own breaker electric surge bar!!!

pretty good place. interesting people outside sometimes but not always. Staff is real cordial and nice. If I’m back in Chico ever then I’ll be back here.
