Was a warm room and worked good enough

Dirty towels left in bathroom, sink clogged, hot water would disappear and then scald, light switch at door didn’t work

Second chance - maybe

The front staff were wonderful. The king bed was firm but soft (perfect). Nice large tv and placed high on a dresser so you could view it from laying on the bed without looking through your toes.

The sound of the trains horn blowing and the homeless woman yelling at three in the morning. Lots of traffic noise also. Mainly before midnight. Interior light switches needed replacing and there was no usb charging ports near the night tables.

The facility was filthy. Cars were being worked on in the parking lot all day. People living out of their cars in the parking lot. We rented a room for a family member for one night. When he went to his room the couple in the room next to his were trying to break into their room with a screw driver. We complained to front desk and returned his key. He did not stay. We are still trying to fight the hotel for a refund. There is NEVER a manager available nor do they return phone calls. We have even stopped in, and still nothing.

Amazing management - very accommodating. Rough property.

The management is amazing. It sounds like they have serious plans for the property. For now, I would not recommend staying at this property, but I would not write it off if changes are made in the future because I trust the new management. We did not wind up staying on this property overnight but wound up staying at its sister property, which was wonderful. Check-in was easy. Location is very walkable.

It felt dangerous. It smelled, among other things. I was shocked at the high price point even with it being graduation weekend.

This hotel did not live up to the standards, nor was it worth nearly what it was priced.

Parking was included which was nice.

There were bugs in my shower, our room was not provided with towels, there were many homeless roaming the hotel and parking lot, when asked for towels there was debri found on them, unprofessional fixtures to previous damage of the room, the room wreaked of weed and/or cigarettes, etc.

Room was use i had to wait 1 hr until they clean the room , I was out side waiting at 10 pm the TV didn't work no TV control ,the next day I ask for Clean towels they didn't help is was Terrible service,

It was walking distance from downtown chico, so we were able to grab food and coffee on foot. Allowing us to explore the city of Chico.

Breakfast just right. And location right at center of everything you might need or want!

I would like to see cable television upgrade so you can access internet and media on television .
