I liked the location was close to the event I attended. I liked the property appearance. I thank you for the bottle of wine.
My room was not available until 2 hours after designated time. I didn’t like that the studio has a high tub to step into to take a shower.

Location and shuttle service to town
I didn’t like that we were charged an extra 25 dollar fee for every night we stayed. This was not something that booking let us know prior to our reservation and we were going with friends who were not charged this fee

Our suite was so incredibly beautiful and comfy. We had a full kitchen with all the needed items to make dinner. The bathroom was very modern and spacious .

Pool area and extremely small room which didn’t allow for suitcase space or room to move around when the sofa bed was extended…

Location, comfort, amenities, value for money.
The pressure to participate in a sales talk to join the Wyndham group. We did not anticipate that and advised the sales staff we would not be participating. No issue with this.

Being with the whole family and making memories
Housekeeping. I asked for more hangers when we arrived and they never came. Our towels were changed only once and our bed never was during our whole trip! When I asked for our room to be cleaned I was told no, only on day 4 and the lady was very rude

I personally like the two room sweat. The exterior door can be locked and inside are to more doors. If you have kids you might not trust sneaking out 3rd floor two room sweat is nice. I do not have that problem it’s more of a safety thing for me. My child liked having their own room to feel like an adult. I like it because it gave us the privacy we wanted but we can still do family time and enjoy a little get away.
This is a private owned (timeshare) so the up keep is more like someone’s home than a five star hotel. It really was the little things like the dirty baseboards or shower seal peeling off.

Very nice. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. I enjoyed the bottle of wine in the room; a nice surprise. The stroll through the vineyards was nice when we had a few extra minutes.
The parking. It was raining and late and we had a baby. Had to park quite a bit away and carry baby and items in rain to the door. People were parked all up and down the street. Maybe there are not enough spots as there are guests.

The room and amenities, the exercise room, eating/bar facilities
The room was clean.
Dirty floor in elevator.
Some on-site staff members stated they did not speak english.. Why are they working here?
Miscommunication: was informed of $40.00 per person, per day breakfast -- this option did not exist at all.

Room was well stocked and quiet.
Parking was terrible. Guests should be able to park on property. A number of times we had to hunt for place to park on the street. Guests shouldn't have to leave vehicle on the street.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. The one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable.
Just a little upgrading is needed. The bed was very thin and not very comfortable. Also please upgrade to a smart tv. No one watches cable anymore.

Breakfast was typical resort style. Staff friendly and provided great care to make sure coffee was flowing, the meal was perfect. The dinner was really good. From the bread and salad to the entrees-exceptional! Same outstanding staff too!
Upfront during booking - state resort fee. After I entered to book, total increased from $200 or so to $300. This was due to tax( minimal amount) and the resort fee. Nevertheless, the price was a deal. Recommend end of august-fall for booking at this resort, as the hot tub was used by adults. We have been here in the summer with little ones in the hot tub in diapers. The parents and staff do not tell them to get out. The pool was cool/ not heated but it was warm outside.

We enjoyed being able to freely roam and explore the resort. Many things were walking distance and only 10 drive to downtown napa. Complimentary wine in the room. Went during the week so the areas weren't so busy and was easy to schedule reservations as needed.
Bowling was fun and for a good price that included shoes but the cocktails were completely overpriced.
The aggressive timeshare spiel at the beginning of your check in, and the tactics of calling the room and my personal phone about 8 times in 1 day, 3x in the hour. The "$40 deposit" only refundable if you attend the "90 minute" presentation.
Our room was also slightly unkept. Food remnants on the dining room chairs, spiderweb in the curtains and ceilings, a used band aid stuck on the floor of the shower.

Really comfortable bed, big bathtub, equipped kitchen, nice balcony. And outside there is a big pool and a hot tub that you have almost to yourself, because there were almost no other people using it, nice atmosphere in the evening by the fireplace.. a great stay!
Smoking forbiden on the balcony.
