Cold showers

You were given nice pillows and linen.

The water in the shower was extremely cold. It never heated up and the tub needs to be replaced. It had a huge crack in it. Other than that our stay was good.

This place is overrated.

Breakfast had a wide assortment of foods.

This establishment is over rated - with dingy carpet on the floor, a beat-up AC/Heating unit, and a bathroom exhaust fan louder than a SDPD helicopter, whoever rated this place as 3-Stars wasn't looking at the details.

It was decent because the price but I wouldn’t come back

I liked the staff they were kind and helpful except for housekeeping supervisor who was not helpful at all , I liked also how the beds were comfortable

A few things: -the facility was not cleaned on the outside or the hotel room how I would expect. There was a ton of trash outside and beer cans. I found a toothbrush outside and the floors were sticky to walk on. -the breakfast was not that good everything tasted boiled and actually made me nauseous however I did like the variety of options -There was a ton of spider webs on the stairs -The hotel room we were staying at had a lot of stains on the lampshade and the couch -When I used the bathroom and looked up I saw these bugs in the light above me which seemed like they were trapped but still not okay -it was very noisy and made it hard to stay asleep with people passing by -There was alot of men in one hotel room that had kept there door propped open and had their shirts off me and my sister were extremely uncomfortable to pass by their room

We didn’t stay our entire booking because of the musty, mildewed smell.

The air conditioning unit had a mildew smell. The room needed new carpet, paint, and to have a better smell.

Disappointing

I like the spot of the room and the bed

The things are out of date...it's 2023...this is the type of room you would expect in 2013 not in 2023. Who uses cable nowadays. Not only prices is too much compared what it supposed to be. If I was to go to a normal motel or love hotel it would be no difference. The shower was disgusting. The showerhead was filled with corrosion. But the good thing the it was fixed in a proper manner. The toilet didn't flush the water was black. I called staff she was very rude. Would recommend lowering the price by alot or put in some upgrades. The TVs, showers, sheets, mattress

convenient, affordable, comfortable

The location was great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were all nice and breakfast was free which was great. Even being close to the airport we never heard the planes over the AC at night and the he room was clean. We were able to get anywhere we wanted/needed to go within 20 minutes or less. The hot tub was great at night though it closed really early from what we’re used to (9:30pm). We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean.

Our first night there we almost didn’t have parking. There were a lot of what we think were construction workers saying there who were double parked all over the property which made it almost impossible to find parking. The shower has clearly seen better days, the shower head and drain were turning green. Only other thing was the pillows, not a single form or comfortable pillow and there were lots to choose from.

Our stay was a very comfortable and at home feel, the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

We loved the room and the facilities as well as the helpful staff. The breakfast was good as well.

the phone on our room rang every hour, all night long! one or two rings each time, but no one was ever on the line… not sure what that was about.

will not come back to this property

The General Manager -Joanna Kapps was condescending and was rude, not only to me but to the agent on the phone of booking.com when addressing the issue regarding our stay. I do give a lot of credit to the other employee at the desk for being so helpful and for his patience.

we stayed for 4 nights, our room was not cleaned not even once.
