Location is great. Close to the beach and restaurants.
Very old. Carpet is filthy, bathroom is disgustingly filthier and couch have stains. Curtains are stained and so worn out. TV keeps losing signal,

Shower didn't work, TV worked in evening but was all static the next day.

The location is great. The staff was friendly. Had some really good restaurants around.
The inn felt really old, with broken furniture and light fixtures in the room.

It’s my second time when properly didn’t return my deposit 100$
I asked the manager about confirmation of transfer, and no response
3.5
Great location. Good parking. Near beach. Large suite.
Needed a deep clean and painting. Better patio furniture.
3.0
Amount of space. Bed was reasonably comfortable.
Furnishings were outdated. Living room chair needs to be retired. No ice tray in freezer. Electrical outlets were barely sufficient for recharging our phones and tablets.

Frankly we only stay here because its not too expensive and is close to relatives who live in Alameda. We can't stay with them because my partner is allergic to their house and their cat.
It's old and needs remodeling.

location was great and the matinance guy was great
no hot water in first room so had to be moved to another room. hot water would take about 20-25 mins to start working and didn’t last long enough for a 15 min shower! every day my key card didn’t work so we would have to go to office and have them re do it. there were a few front desk people that were rude and unprofessional. I was also never compansated for all the trouble me and my son had while there
4.5
property was clean and well maintained. the beds were very comfortable. staff were friendly and attentive. felt very safe. liked onsite permit parking.
some of it was dated.

I loved the back patio which had the scenic view of water as well as interesting architectural designed residential homes. Waking up in the morning to hear the birds singing and seeing the ducks floating on the channel was peaceful!
The bathroom was clean with an excellent shower pressure as well as hot water!!! The cleaning was very sweet and did an excellent job during the entire stay!!

Location was excellent.
Breakfast, typical continental breakfast. Plenty available & coffee & hot water replenished quickly.
Room was good and quiet.
Cleaners, gardener & breakfast room staff all pleasant. Gave greeting & smiled.
Good shopping & restaurants nearby.
Check in receptionist was rude and condesending. No smile, no welcome greeting. Just "need help?" Only asked for first name, then told me I hadn't paid even though I had my receipt. Finally found me, after saying that they didn't make mistakes and I shoould contact who I booked with. No apology given.
Morning receptionist wasn;t much better, no greeting, no acknowledgment.
Front end desk staff are not an asset to this property.
Carpet on the stairs to second floor was old and looked worn & dirty.

If you want to stay in Alameda, it is comfortable, clean and you have a kitchen with an actual stove and sink in your room, which is handy. The beds are fine and the staff helpful.

Location is very convenient and safe

This hotel was close to where my daughter lives. I love the location.
The room was in very bad shape. Wallpaper peeling, stains on the walls, the finish on the bathtub was worn off, it looked dirty. They really need to remodel the room. I will never stay there again.
5.0
The staff was courteous, friendly and professional. They provided a flyer at check-in with the wifi password, breakfast and pool times without having to ask. The breakfast was definitely continental style with cereal, toast, yogurt, and prepackaged danishes.
The only coffee provided was Turkish style and very strong. There is a Safeway grocery store across the street to get what you want as the coffee is an acquired taste.

Location was great
Very dirty and broken down. Carpets in need of a good deep cleaning! Broken fridge in room, most plug ins didn't work, no ice machine, pool was closed! This is one reason we picked this hotel. Way over priced. Won't be going back!

The location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
The rooms are dated. The carpets were filthy and the drapes were dirty.
