This accident happened on my first night here. Around 1 AM, while I was sleeping, I was woken up by loud noises. Someone tried to open my room door and successfully opened the lock, which one can use the room card to unlock. Luckily, there was a security chain. Otherwise, the intruder could enter my room while I was sleeping. Later, I got clearer and tried to call the front desk and spoke to a female staff member. To my surprise, the first thing the staff told me was that she had checked my floor before and no one was there. Even when I explained that somebody tried to break into my room, she insisted that nobody was there. A few minutes later, I went to the front desk and spoke with the staff in person. Again, she tried to assure me that nobody was there. What? My room door was unlocked by the intruder, but this lady persuaded me to believe that nobody was there. Then she promised that she could check the camera footage later and update me the next morning.
The next morning, I talked with the staff again. She now admitted that there was an intruder with a KNIFE, whom she confirmed was another guest staying in the same hotel. That guy might check out the same day. But the point is that the staff showed zero understanding of my safety the night before. Like, the fact that someone opened my door at 1 am was nothing.
Then another staff member suggested changing to another room, which is nearer to the center elevator and the camera. Later that day, my friend advised me to check out and move to a better place. So think twice if you plan to stay at this property, especially if you have children. It's not safe enough.

Very clean, great price, friendly staff. The only negative was morning breakfast other than that, I’d still stay again and recommend it, especially the price point through Booking.com!
The breakfast was lacking, variety. Not much offered.

While driving from OK to AZ, we arrived at 11:30pm on a Sat night. The room was clean and the room temperature was perfect for the season. Thankfully it was quiet and I think we were probably asleep by 12:05am.
No complaints about anything. I'd love to stay there again.

Spacy room, 2 big comfy beds, breakfast was simple but ok, good house keeping
75 dollars deposit - nowhere mentioned when booking,
room was highway side - LOUD, hurricane-like ventilator in bathroom, loud fridge in room, room service only on request - even after 3 days stay contrary to sticker on mirror in room....

The gentleman who did my intake was very nice. The lady before me was wicked with him (cranky and not nice) yet he kept his cool. He should get a reward for being so awesome, despite her bad behavior. the facility was clean, and VERY comfortable. Good TV, Good temperature control without being deafening, VERY comfortable bed 😴😊😇 and very nice shower. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
I was warned at my conference to lock my car. I was concerned about having my truck broken into. The Front Desk Agent told me where to park with the good light in the front. All was well, yay!

I got a promo rate for 3 night stay fro. Booking.com. reserved for 5 days, stayed 4 nights, and when I checked out 1 day early they had to charge me nearly $50 for early departure. But I stayed 1 day longer than the promo required. I think you owe me a refund of the addl charge

Overall clean and comfortable. Not perfect or according to the "covid" standards they advertised but it was pretty good. Bedding, towels, surfaces were all clean.
The metal bed frame with no box spring was squeaky and loud in our beds and beds above us. The floors were sticky. It could have been cleaner overall but it wasn't gross.

Bed was comfortable.
Room was not the cleanest, I found jelly beans from a previous guest all over the bed frame and it almost seems like the sheets had not been changed but I could be wrong. Water pressure in shower was not great. Fridge made a loud noise every time it tried to get cold and would wake me up. Could hear any and everything going on in the hallways and the crack at the bottom of my door made things louder. Also, I booked on booking.com and nowhere on the site did it say i would owe a $200 cash deposit when I got there. They would not take a debit or credit card so I had to go to the bank and pull cash before I was allowed my keys to my room even though I had paid my room fee online.
