Location was great. Room and patio overlooked the dam and river. Partner’s dinner was very good.
My steak (steak frites) was closer to raw than medium rare. Breakfast menu was expensive.

Beautiful, clean rooms, plush, comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff, and amazing fine dining at the restaurant. Historic, quaint Inn, with some original features from 1850.
Pool was not heated, no ice machine

Beautiful location.
Comfort. The mattress in the bed needs replacement. The room we were in sagged into the middle and uncomfortable for my wife and I. We also feel the Inn is need of repairs and during our time we noticed tarps on the roof. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant at the Inn and although the food was good and staff pleasant the service was unsatisfactory due to inexperience and/or lack of staff. For dinner our waitress never came around to ask if we needed anything or how our food was. Also after dinner the waitress gave us our bill and never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. There was lack of staff at breakfast and we felt bad for our waitress who seemed to be on her own training another staff member. After we finished we waited another 15 minutes before finally getting our bill although at that time no one was left in the restaurant.

The location was quiet and close to the Burleigh Falls which I was photographing. The motel part was clean and cozy. I liked the outside porch and gas BBQ's for cooking!
The beds probably need replacing since they slightly sag inward. Bathroom plunger (when traveling with men).

Location was easy to get to and the room was clean.
I requested NO STAIRS as my 80 year old parents are unsteady. They got a room at the top of a steep flight of stairs with a loud balcony close by making it hard to sleep and relax.

the breakfast was good but the tomato was rotten and I had to spit it out! The room was cozy but the special features of the tub did not work.
A tub that worked and the cost of staying there was high considering that only two people were actually staying there. It was off season.

Our afternoon sitting on the porch enjoying a refreshing drink was a great way to start our vacation. The young lady who attended to our every whim was delightful. Definitely an asset to the inn. We slept peacefully with the rapids lulling us to sleep.
Beakfast was delicious
Our waitress was pleasant and excellent service.
The location of the Inn is worst millions.
We will be back.
Absolutely nothing

We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday evening in order to have a full day to drive around and explore the area. It was early June and the pool was open and very clean and big. They have a lovely setting with a large patio and restaurant. This place would be awesome for a wedding party.
The restaurant was not open during our stay due to lack of customers staying at the Inn and staffing shortage early in the week so I can't comment on the food. This is more to do with the government of Canada making it difficult for American tourists to visit due to border restrictions and the stupid Arrivecan app. This is not the fault of the Inn.

Breakfast kids need a lesson in how to present bacon & eggs. Suggest they visit a diner.Room 207.
Room 207. Door to the patio needs a sign saying MIND THE STEP. Wife fell down. Could have been a serious fall.
Fortunately just bruised.

The Inn is very nicely situated close to the Burleigh Falls and has its own marina. We had a big room with a view on the lake and a huge terrasse. The owners are super friendly. our daughter stayed with us on our last night after her graduation reception. This was not planned. But we got an additional cod for her at no additional costs. The whole area. is very nice. There are some trails for walking close by.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the Inn were wonderful. The au jus was so bland with the prime rib it was almost tasteless……. You could probably draw a lot of people in on the weekends for prime rib if you could improve on it and offer some horseradish.
Both lights in the bathroom were burnt out and only one of the five in the kitchen were working. The microwave wasn’t working.

The room was cool and the bathroom was cold.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Loved the little dining nook and the closed in porch.

Good location... minutes away from the Burleigh Falls. Convenient. On-site restaurants. Nice balcony.
There are some nearby hiking trails although parking at the trails could be an issue.
Jacuzzi in our room did not work. Also need to leave our room for Wifi signal.

No breakfast provided. Staff were excellent, polite. Should have stayed longer to take in the falls.
Would have appreciated breakfast on site and a store on property. Maybe some small signs to indicate local sights or information of wher to find meals nearby.

Did not have breakfast
We went for afternoon drinks at restaurant. It was good. We went for dinner at night and they knew it was my partners birthday and after a couple hours they wanted us to move from our table to the bar. There were three other tables that were there before us but we were asked to move. I was not happy with that. Besides that it was very good.

The location was beautiful and our room was perfect- the balcony was a great touch
The woman working at the Grill beside the restaurant was very unfriendly and rude when we walked in to see if we could be seated for dinner, this left us with a bad reputation of the restaurant unfortunately
