The room was nice and roomy, the staff was excellent and accommodating. The restaurant was the best, the service was great for the amount of people that were present. Jamie was our server at Nicola's and she was by far the best server I have had in a LONG TIME!
The elevators and handicap accessibility. The only area for elevators is the main entrance because the others are out of order. This is a VERY large hotel for their not to be NUMEROUS elevator access areas and numerous elevators.

The bedroom itself was very well maintained and had an extremely comfortable bed. The next day the shuttle driver had some spare time to drop me off into town and was friendly.
The room was a corner room and the wifi did not reach it, I had to keep going out to the hall to get any signal.
I had a mix of issues trying to get there free shuttle pickup from the airport. They had not responded to Bookings.com message chat and when i arrived a tried to ring the number provided I went through to an Italian restaurant within the building which was closed at the time due to late time of arrival. On finding someone else at airport to help signal may have been bad and couldn't confirm the shuttle so had to organise a taxi to them.

The shower and pool was the best thing about it. The shower was a amazing great pressure and great temperature. The pool was great due to not having air during the dart tournament.
NO AIR-CONDITIONING... you hosted several dart players and had no ac on while this event was going on. No circulation nothing. They also made their workers work with long sleeves on with no ac. Luckily no one got heat stroke. You can't house an event with no ac being over 90+ degrees outside. If the AC was not working you should have had fans circulating the air in the rooms. They also did not seem to care and if I could get a partial refund I would take due to this I convinced it was to myself and every other person staying during this event.

When we checked in, lobby smelled like weed/smoke the whole time. The following morning, saw one of the guests smoking while waiting for the elevator.

When we arrived our reservation was messed up due to 3rd party booking. We initially were dealing with a very rude desk clerk, but then the supervisor stepped in & took care of us. Samuel was fantastic along with his lady Supervisor. He made sure we were put in the correct room. After our stay & we got back to town, I noticed they had adjusted my rate & made it all right. I'm very impressed by this staff & following through with all their promises to make everything right. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was great. THe costumer service, the manager, the food at the restaurant. Very busy weekend and it was a great experience. The hotel was exactly what we needed. Thank you.
Elevators. There needs to be more elevators for the amount of people that they had staying there for this event. There seemed to be only a few working. At one pt there was an emergency which caused the elevator to be out of commision for about 3 to 4 hrs which caused more traffic issues with crowds.

The event I was attending was in the same building so made it easy. Rooms was nice and clean. I know they had a recent remodel. It was well done.
My bill, trying to figure out when I get a refund on the deposit. Since the receipt and what was charged don't match up.

the lobby area decorations
I don’t know what to say. Was not told about the $50 fee that they charge you on top of the room, which was worked out. The sound on our tv didn’t work for most of the night. There was people yelling in the hallway and slamming doors. the coffee maker did not work proper. the drain in the bathtub didn’t drain. I could not find any vending machines to get my 2 year old son something to snack on for the night, so I went to the cafe, around 8:50-8:55pm when the cafe did not close until 9pm, all for the cashier there to be talking on the phone to someone the whole time I was in there with them on speaker phone and tell whomever on the phone “I’m gonna have to call you back” as if I was an inconvenience to her, she proceeds to tell me that they would have to take me at reception, but they don’t take cash, as she sees I clearly have cash. So after that, I go back to my room and door dash little Caesar’s as I didn’t want to get out in the weather, they deliver the order and I specifically said to deliver to my room number on the order. I got notified of it being delivered but it wasn’t at my door. I contacted DoorDash and they told me that reception told them that they would take it. so I waited a few minutes because I didn’t know if they were going to be bringing it up or calling the room, a few minutes go by and I go down to the lobby to get the pizza, the receptionist says something along the lines of “what do you want” as if I was a bother there too, and I said I had an order and she said it’s over there and pointed. I am ridiculously displeased with the stay especially for the cost. Most definitely not worth $152!

The lady at the front desk was nice.
Other than the lady working, literally everything else was awful. We got stuck between floors on one elevator and had to jump 3 feet down onto the lower level. A different elevator was going from floor to floor with the doors open. Our room was nothing like the room we booked, which conveniently doesn't exist anymore. We booked a king bed plus sofa bed. When we arrived, our daughter didn't have a bed because they no longer have sofa beds. It had been replaced by a tiny and short table with 4 chairs that looked like it was set up for some kind of spiritual seance, and it was so cold and bare that it felt like an institution. They eventually brought in a rollaway bed after I had to contact them 3 times, both calling and physically walking down to the desk. The rollaway had a broken strap that had been tied around the middle of the mattress that we couldn't get untied.
We were in town for a cheer competition. If there had been ANY other hotel available (that wasn't over $450 per night) we would have left immediately. We did, however, cancel the remaining nights the next morning.

the price
I had stayed there before, before a flight and the rooms were pretty dated and needed an upgrade. Our room was right next to the door leading into the ballrooms, so it slammed constantly all night and did not lock. i can see that the hotel is undergoing a major renovation, because the meeting rooms looked beautiful. Our room had old beds, and old furniture.

The main Elevators were broke down and had to walk to the other side of the hotel to get on a Elevator.
The morning of my departure had house keeping walk in my room at 7:45 am while I was asleep luckily it woke me up, they didn't knock at all just walked in. Went to front desk and let her know and she said sorry we have temp house keepers they didn't know the policy.
