Worst experience of my life for a hotel this level.

We requested a late check in for our entry, I arrived by 3a.m with my wife and the lady in the front desk seems to be playing with papers in front of the computer. She made us wait about 40 minutes for a check-in. Unbelievable.

The hotel's old facilities, inconvenient parking, and early cleaning were disappointing.

I liked the convenience of location and the views. I thought it was a great experience seeing the glass atrium and the offices across the hall.

The hotel shows its age, and the parking garage feels dim and unpleasant. It's quite inconvenient for guests with luggage, as you need to use different elevators for the car park and the rooms. Surprisingly, I wasn't aware of the front drop-off and valet services. The hotel is definitely in need of modernization. What's more, the housekeeping staff starts cleaning around 8 am, which is way too early and their noise travels down the hall.

great stay, would come back the next time we come to Tampa

our server in the restaurant at breakfast was beyond amazing. I think her name began with a B. I wish all servers were like her. the front desk personnel were very nice.

our only complaint was there was no usb ports for our cell phones we wish there was a mini bar.

Waste of money.

Ordinary hotel room with five star price.

Shower knob was not working, could not take a shower. Coffee maker was broken. One of the door key did not work. no reaction or apology from staff.

booked room wasn’t available, we were moved to a different room without a bed but a pull out. pull out came with no sheets. A/C in room ran poorly, only 1 trash can in the room, shower didn’t drain properly

Comfort away from home at a great price.

Large spacious room with comfortable bed and nice view of downtown area. Hotel was quiet and overall clean. Staff were all very helpful and nice to deal with.

The parking garage is a little sketchy feeling. It's behind the hotel in a dark alley (thought I was lost for a minute) with no gate or security. There are also a lot of homeless people camped out in the surrounding areas. That isn't something that the hotel can control but if you are traveling alone it's something you should be aware of.

Everything, Uber expensive for the value. no staff, valet parking nonexistent, no food or room service, no bucket for ice or ice for that matter on my floor, shower/tub didn't drain, safe was inoperable. no bedding for pullout, no blankets. no mini bar or water.

the location was excellent. conveniently located to many restaurants, movie theatre and Publix. all within walking distance.

Check in took a little longer than necessary.
