The front desk ,and pool staff were very helpful ,and friendly .
Bed bugs , Roaches, Bars top and table tops not wiped down and where all sticky. The Rooms had a bad smell. House keepers were very noisy early in the morning.
The "Code browns " People defecating in the pool multiple times"! Made it where we couldn't enjoy the pool.
Very Overpriced ! I spent top dollar for subpar rooms . We were going to do the tour , and inquire about Time shares , but after the first day there was no way I was going to waste my family's time.
I have stayed at this Resort multiple times over the years, and I do not think I'll ever return.

Pool, splash pad
No porch. Gap under front door a rat could get in. Having to pay for umbrella and chairs. Parking was greatest. The pier sucked. Couldn’t take an empty cup onto the pier. Need more food at the bar.
5.0
The rooms are very spacious. They have different outside activities to offer that there isn’t much need to leave :)
I wasn’t really impressed with nothing to do outside of the hotel on the Cocoa Beach area.
3.5
The rooms are great. Clean and had everything you needed. Including pots and pans, utensils, some cooking utensils and dishes. Pools were great. Unless you were in building 7 you did have to walk across a street
To get the beach but it was a short walk and safe. If you are in building 7, you would then have a walk to the pool and tiki bar area. Lots of activities for kids including staff led games and crafts.
The negative is the parking. Very small parking spots that don’t fit todays super sized SUV’s and trucks.

I loved the attentiveness of the staff, better than anywhere else I have stayed. I also loved the cleanliness of the property, that was very important to me and so was the upkeep of the rooms and property. I felt very comfortable and at home during our stay!!!!! The kids and the adults loved all of the water features. I enjoyed having activities right on site and we loved being able to walk to the beach.
I love the room, there was a bit of a chemical smell of some sort that was very strong and it did not smell like cleaning products, other than that everything was fine. The main big pool water seemed a little murky a couple mornings. We would have enjoyed having breakfast options onsite. We would have enjoyed possibly having milk and cereal as options to purchase in the hotel store. I did not like the fact that there was not an elevator to get to the second floor.

I liked the location to the beach, it was a very short walk across the street. We also enjoyed the the lazy river which is small but enjoyable Bar drinks were a reasonable price which is nice for a resort.
Our room was not ready at check in and we had to wait another 1 hour and 20 minutes which meant we did not get in our room until 5:20, this is completely unacceptable for a resort at this price. No one offered us a discount or a late checkout nothing. The refrigerator ice machine did not work and both bathrooms the water pressure was awful. The tolit paper and paper towels were so cheap, if your paying of $500 a night you should get better amenities. I will never stay at a Westgate again.

We loved the short walk to the beach and having all the stores and restaurants so close. It was nice having a kitchen to use. The lazy river was nice but kinda small. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Not one complaint there. The beach was gorgeous and not over crowded.
So for us, we like to sleep in. The room was dark enough but the walls are super thin. We could hear everything our neighbors were doing, even talking. I don’t like that. The family above us sounded like they had 10 kids running around and stomping over our bedroom starting at 6:45 in the morning!
The kitchen was missing some key items like a baking sheet for frozen pizzas, spatulas, pot holders, etc. Also, there were only glass cups and plates and bowls to use. Not very family friendly when you have small kids.
The pool was way too small for the size of the resort! We never got in the pool because we didn’t want people on top of us. We used the lazy river instead.

location was exceptional! lots of water and family activities!
our dishwasher was broken

The staff were friendly and the actual space was comfortable. My kids loved the lazy river feature.
We were placed between two families with small children - management could have been more attentive to who they are placing where. No longer having small children subjected us to lots of tantrums, whining, & parents yelling - as well as lots of little footsteps running outside.
The apartment does not have adequate dishes (e.g., no mixing bowls, no cooking pan/sheet) and lacks adequate hooks or shelves especially in the bathroom for towels. Guests either need to hang their clean towel over the shower rail or on the floor to be able to get it after showering. Additional hooks for coats near the front door would also be good.
The kitchen lacked any basic supplies other than one packet of stale coffee (date was expired). Given that this is a place with a kitchen, a simple packet with common kitchen condiments (e.g., salt, pepper, real coffee, coffee filters & creamers for at least 3 days) would be appreciated by all guests. VRBO/AirBNB guests are coming to expect these little touches - consider a simple selection of snacks/candy on the counter as a welcome gift. Spending $10 on these things would really go a long way.

Great amenities, close to the ocean, easy access to stores and restaurants. We were able to walk to most areas we wanted. They had free transportation to the pier and gave discounts for tickets to Kennedy space center. The rooms were very nice and clean.
We liked that they had laundry but because it was in a walkway area, it wasn't the cleanest area. They do have waterslides but they are only for small children. Parking is tight but at least it was free!

location
The per person price was high, but only because I didn’t have more of my family with me. If I had my wife or another kid, it would have been perfect value.

Pool small, too many kids, at check in hit us with attending a meeting for timeshare.

convenience for my children
my room had a bad odor of what seemed to be urine on the couch. also was told resort was fully booked and paid a good price to reserve room only to find available rooms upon arrival for much cheaper

The rooms we're comfortable and clean liked the fully furnished kitchen .
Was told that if we listened to the presentation it would only last 60 minutes. It last 2 1/2 hours we lost the first day and was only there for two so feel like we we're cheated out of a day because of your high pressure presentation we won't make that mistake again.

Yes I was in the apartment 103B maybe whoever stayed upstairs from me made all kind of noise stamping and everything so that I didn't really appreciate so when I told the staff I don't know did they really care or what but opposedly they sent the security up there but we still heard the noise
