Everything, it was a perfect place to stay.
4.5
Thomas was wonderful. He greeted us for us right into room. Helped us find a pizza place. The room was amazing. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Florida.
It said online that they had sofa beds well it's was not a sofa bed. It was like a lounge couch which didn't fit my 5'8" daughter thank God it was only one night. I wasn't informed until I checked in that I had to pay for parking. Which I think is crazy I'm paying 200 plus for a room then your going to charge me 10.00 a day to park.

The location is amazing! The room we got was renovated and so comfy. I love that it’s pet friendly! The staff was nice and it surprised us how much we enjoyed it.
The only thing I didn’t like is we paid for an ocean view but were told we had to be on the first floor (facing the ocean) but grass view essentially, because we had dogs. However we saw other guests with dogs on the third floor. It was the only disappointing factor.

I liked that the rooms are all ocean view.
The beds weren't that comfortable. The noise from the repairs being done to the hotel was not very pleasing. Guest should have been compensated for this inconvenience. The breakfast needs to be better.

we were told we could only be on the 1st or 2nd floor because of our booking. we asked for 5th floor. the bed was uncomfortable.

The sink was clogging because of all the hair in it. I got some hot water for my tea and tripped on the outside deck and the water went up in the air and burnt my hand as pictures attached on its way down.

Not a thing.

The resort is in an excellent location. The staff is good. Beautiful oceanfront room if you can afford it. Nice breakfast. Loved the waterfall.
The bed was horrible. You could hear the springs creaking when you got up at night. Older furnishings. Realized later you had to pay extra on top of a very high rate.

Location but nothing else! We stayed here in 2018 and were so pleased with the service, cleanliness, and room we wanted to come back. What a mistake! Incredibly disappointing. The room was dirty and run down, they used the Covid excuse for not cleaning our room daily (though we never saw any other Covid restrictions or saw any staff wearing a mask) and breakfast was skimpy and often not replenished. The front desk staff was indifferent at best. When we asked for someone to come clean our room on the second day, they said the staff was too busy! WHAT??
This La Quinta location duped us. Due to 'Covid' room was cleaned, towels were changed and garbage was taken out every three days. I don't ask for a lot but I do insist that a hotel ensures their rooms are clean and tidy for their guests, especially when paying 400.00 a night. When I questioned this they said it was hotel policy and that I could call on the day of service and ask for it. When I did I was told, the maid was too busy and I'd have to try again tomorrow...there are lots of beachfront hotels in Cocoa Beach. Do yourself a favor-look for another one. I'll never stay here again and I'll tell everyone I know not to.

Thought the breakfast rather mediocre.
Also, would like to share an observation regarding the room's bathtub/shower. It would be very helpful to have Grab Bars
on walls (right and left) sides for ease to safely step in & out of Tub.
I was surprised to look down seeing the large cesspool in grass area below my balcony, between the building and the Seagrape flora?

loved the location and the balcony view!
little bit of maintenance needed in the room, but seems to be that way with hotels on the beach
4.0
location, good breakfast, nice room, comfortable bed (but strange bed frame)! bit dated but clean and great beachside area.
Room needed airing. constant closure with air con causes musty smell. not pleasant. better with terrace door open to let fresh air in.

I didn't like the stains and hairs on my sheets

Quiet. Close to the pier. Friendly staff.
Parking wasn't free.
