Little far away from village
No food at night

Estuvo bien, pero podrían mejorar. A los omellets que le pongan arugula o más opciones verdes.
8.0
Awesome location and decent hotel itself, enjoyed staying and especially going for a walk by the creek
The quality of the service could be much better, like not forgetting to make our room or no knocking when there is a sign do not disturb

El personal siempre muy amable
Un poco mas de variedad en el bufette del desayuno

Hot tub was too hot.

Beautiful setting, location, and facilities.
7.0
Comfy bed, quiet area, on the river, nice accommodations, convenient shuttle, courteous staff
Coffee in room disappointing, forced to pay $55 per day valet, distance from vail village/lionshead, confusing layout of hotel

Went to the Hyatt with my wife to celebrate our double birthday. It was the off season so the hotel was pretty empty.
We got an upgrade for our room without even asking, and also got a nice touch in the room (wine and chocolates) for our birthdays.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the location is great, the restaurant was very good.
The massage and spa were awesome too, and the outdoors hot tub is great at night :)
The complementary shuttle ride to town was very convenient to avoid paying outrageous parking fees.
I'm glad we stayed at the Hyatt, instead of staying in town (which was also almost empty).
We had a great time and will definitely come again!
No free parking, even if the hotel is 7 minutes away from the town, which surprised me.
But I guess it's probably the same everywhere in Vail.

I like it’s distance from town center yet it still has great access to the mountain. But, above all else, they are one of the best dog-friendly hotels ever!
Nothing.

like the ski shop and ski lift from hotel. very friendly staff.

I chose the hotel because it’s ski door to door, it turned out that you can go to ski door to door but you have to take the hotel’s shuttle to come back to the hotel. the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is good.
very small rooms even I booked a suit, every day you have somebody to clean the room but seems like only change the towels and make the bed look normal, all other things in the tables or everywhere didn’t move, so it doesn’t look like tidy enough. towels are very old!

clean, quiet, as advertised. loved the nespresso machine in the room and ski room facilities
located farther away from main village

I don’t like it and think it is way overpriced, I don’t recommend
I don’t like it and think it is way overpriced, horrible service, not professional stuff, horrible cheap pillows, horrible overpriced breakfast

Close to its lift to the mountain ,beautiful view, everything is convenient, the village is 5 minutes by shuttle.
I did not like the cleaning in the rooms, they did it very quickly and not with high quality, we lived for 7 days, I think the room never be vacuumed and Just like old and washed towels, they can already be updated.

Housekeeping did an amazing job always coming when we were out and the room was left spotless. Chris at the bellhop, was fantastic with helpful tips and ways to get around town. The ski in/out aspect was the move alleviating having to move boards around everywhere.
The spa wasn’t my favorite for the value of what we paid. I have been to many in Arizona that far exceeded my expectations. There was no jacuzzi that was specific for the spa only and the showers put out cold water regardless of how long you left them on hot for. I said something to the employee at the front desk and she made it seem like this was normal during the winter season. When paying $500 I expected better customer service.

clean! hot tub was nice. beds were very comfortable.
signage was a bit lacking. we had a very difficult time maneuvering the large hotel and it took a while to actually find the hot tub.

Great staff. Very nice pool area. Cozy Rooms
I paid for valet parking at $50 per day and to find that my car was parked outside where birds crapped on it and it was rained on was disappointing. I was refunded for the valet parking which shows how well this hotel is run.

The hotel is out of this world
Simply Fantastic
You will fall in love with it as we booked for a night & ended up staying an extra night

The breakfast was delicious & nothing beats a great breakfast to start off your day!
The location is away from the city life so that you can relax & enjoy nature around you without worrying about traffic & the fast life!
The transportation there from Denver to Vail wasn’t what we expected, but we were blessed to have a Lyft driver that was able to drive us to Vail & back to Denver airport!
